I go to Starbucks ALL the time. This one had a great feel inside & out. Many cups to choose from and a nice outside area. This time of year there were many beautiful hanging baskets. Seating outside as well.
Drink was fabulous.

Wow the customer service here is above the bar. I wish every coffee shop I went to had the quality of folks that this Starbucks has. Truly a wonderful team. They really nailed my shaken brown sugar espresso with oat milk that was iced.

Just want to share a frustration, I walked into the SB in Sunriver today and the lone employee there literally did not even acknowledge me as I awkwardly stood there for an uncomfortable amount of time, she finally looks at me (I am the only one there) and said we are closed. No smile, no sorry, no explanation just we are closed. If she was at least pleasant about it okay sure, but if you sign says open and your door is open how am I supposed to know. Anyway just felt like she was really rude. Had she been pleasant I would not be leaving this negative post as I have had positive experiences there prior to this.

Grateful Sunriver has a Starbucks. They made my drink super watery because I asked for light ice (cold bothers my teeth). When I told them it tasted like straight water, they explained that they are required to substitute extra water when someone asks for light ice, which seems like a scam. I asked them to make it right, as I’m not paying $6.50 for water, and they did without argument. Expensive compared to my local Starbucks but I’m glad I don’t have to drive into Bend to get it.

Mistake going to this place. Coffee tasted watered down with no flavor, staff was unattentive, and I'm sure I was over charged. Save your money go elsewhere just a bunch of kids trying to be barista.

Cashier was rude and place was dirty. Barista served three people that ordered drinks after ours. Lastly, the team decided to do a huddle before they served our drinks. One of the strangest experiences at a Starbucks.

I work in Portland, across the street from a Starbucks and this is absolutely unacceptable. I ALWAYS order no ice in my coffee have never received a half empty cup from any other location and I travel alot. Additionally since it's Friday in May, my drink should have been half off. Apparently they gave me half a drink instead...

The associates are so friendly and helpful. Shout to Hope and Kyndel, they are the best! The manager was also so helpful my first visit here. This will be one of my favorite Starbuck locations.
