Grateful Sunriver has a Starbucks. They made my drink super watery because I asked for light ice (cold bothers my teeth). When I told them it tasted like straight water, they explained that they are required to substitute extra water when someone asks for light ice, which seems like a scam. I asked them to make it right, as I’m not paying $6.50 for water, and they did without argument. Expensive compared to my local Starbucks but I’m glad I don’t have to drive into Bend...
The associates are so friendly and helpful. Shout to Hope and Kyndel, they are the best! The manager was also so helpful my first visit here. This will be one of my favorite Starbuck locations.
Seemed like a pretty regular Starbucks location to me. Friendly enough service and customers. They were willing to help my dad figure out which restaurants were worth checking out in the area while he was on vacation. Drinks and pastries are pretty regular quality for this establishment, enjoyable and efficient when fast coffee is needed.
