Food was salty and bang average. I don't blame the employees, I blame the chain. The tables were pretty dirty and for that I blame the manager. I probably won't stop there ever again. Sad.

I was doing laundry next door and decided to take a lunch break @ this Subway.As I entered, the 1st question to me was if I was going to pay with a card or cash. I had cash.The guy said they can only take a card at this time. Went to my car and got it.Ordered my meal. Fountain drinks were out of order ☹️Sat down outside to eat... the bread was hard, and I didn't toast it?Honestly, I felt bad for the employee (only 1 available). Other than the bread, he wasn't able to fix the fountain drink machine. And didn't have financial access to get enough change for cash customers.I might try going to the gas station market and get a corn dog next time.There is also Whiskey River Bar, Jodie K's Deli and Kitchen, Mountain Jug, Big Belly Burgers and Brew, and Sunriver Brewing Co - Brewery Tap Room across the street.Lots of alternatives to choose from.

Nov 8, 2023 2:45 pm. The worst of the worst!! I will never go here again. The long-haired bearded shit head working was very rude. The foot long $13 roast beef sandwich had three very thin slices of roast beef on it. I had lettuce, tomato, olives, and banana peppers. Needles to say the hard breaded super light air biscuit was the worst ive ever had. Also the number listed to call to get a store # to complain is no longer in use, (left my receipt). If you feel like throwing your money away here is the garbage can!

New owner’s, u need to be at your establishment more!The young kids that u have working for u, don’t have good customer service, if u call causing customer service then holy cow.Food is okay, your prep hasn’t been getting done in the am, every time my family comes in around 2pm everything is wiped out clean, even the bread! And please turn the open sign on.

The quality has really dropped and the prices have shot up.They were missing multiple toppings/ingredient and what was available was not in good shape. Only 2 bread options available when I went and they were pretty old tasting.Just go to Josie’s kitchen around the corner and get an actually good sandwich for less money.

I went into subway around 8:35pm to get dinner. The worker who helped me was Jamie and they did an amazing job meeting all my needs. They are very attentive when it comes to making sandwiches. I would definitely come in again just so this amazing person can make me another sandwich. I also didn’t realize they were closing soon but Jamie had no problem serving me with a smile. And they even let me sit and eat my sandwich while they finished closing the store which I thought was the sweetest thing. I would definitely give this subway a try!!!Kid-friendliness: The worker was so kid friendly and even offered us a kids meal which I didn’t even know subway had!!!Parking: Plenty of parking spaces!!

Stopped in to order a sandwich, parking lot was empty, no other customers anywhere figured it would be a perfect time to get a quick lunch. Walked in and noticed the sandwich prep line was filthy and nothing stocked (other than the smears of random sauces and condiments scattered/sprinkled about.) I was not going to eat anything prepared here and about to leave when an employee came out from the back, I didn't want to be rude and just walk out so I grabbed a bag of chips meeting her at the register. I didn't mention anything about the cleanliness (or more accurately the lack of) but the little interaction paying for the bag of chips I only got the feeling I must have truly inconvenienced her day with my purchase. How does this Subway location survive. The only person walking into that place should be the owner to see how poorly its ran and maybe a brave heath inspector.

So the past week I've been coming to the subway in sunriver between 7:45pm and 8pm and each time they have been closing early even tho they close at 9pm. This is not okay because you have set hours.

The two punks working this afternoon shift on Saturday September 3rd, were too stoned to prep anything this morning. We walking in and held a door open for a lady and she looked at us and said "good luck" confused, we continue in and learned they only had white bread available then continued to learn they actually had very limited menu items due to poor planning. I was going to get a tuna sandwich but they didn't have any prepped and No one else was behind us yet either worker wanted to go back and make some preparations or more bread. I've worked in a subway and I know how they operate and how easy it is to make some tuna so this was highly disappointing.
