Both visits we waited an inordinate and frankly bizarre amount of time for a simple afternoon drink and snack. The pounding music and plastic cups of the downstairs bar completely unappealing since we come to Sunriver for natural surroundings-ish. A full 15 minutes to be greeted by a server, 20 minutes for two drinks (one beer one glass wine), 30 more minutes for a pretzel—second visit we had to take it to go we ran out of time. We would have purchased twice as much both times had the wait times been shorter. Both visits it was not busy. Absolutely absurd wait times but we can’t entirely blame the server except for the initial greet time. Quick drink orders lead to higher check averages. Get the bartender to speed it up.

Staff was excellent both times we went. Very helpful and courteous. The food was great - pub fare but meats (burger, steak, etc) perfectly cooked and good quality. Kids loved the chicken tenders and strawberry lemonade.
The only real downside would be the prices (and to some extent steak portions) but that was to be expected. I suppose I'd like to see them offer some of the same craft beers as at the downstairs bar as they have a much better selection / quality. Wine selection kinda made up for it though.
If I could've given 3.5 stars I would have but the prices and portions (eg the $38 for 6-7 strips of steak) just kept me from justifying 4. Would still recommend!

Group of 7. Most of our meals were very bland - Mac 'n cheese especially. One meal was comped. Thank you. Fish and chips and drinks were good. Servwr was nice, and service was very slow - almost 2 hours mid-afternoon Sunday.

The food here was incredibly underwhelming considering the price. Our meal was absurdly overpriced. We ordered the pulled pork mac and cheese for $34 and the flavor and portion size seemed like a joke. I will not be returning from my level of disappointment
