Atmosphere is really great! Beautiful location and we LOVE to come to The Sun River Resort! Front desk and shuttle always has been great!Terrible service tonight which is sad. Seems to be well staffed. We came to play trivia with our family and have dinner. We have always loved brunch in The Lodge and will give it another shot over there tomorrow. In the Owls nest we waited and after 40 minutes of no one speaking to us even giving us water or saying we will be with you in a moment, we just left. It was really sad. I let the hostess know as we left but didn’t seem like a big deal. I think the hardest thing is that we have two little kids now that are starving.:(Kid-friendliness: It may have been we had littlekids. We have had drink and apps in The Owls Nest as a couple and had great service.

I don't generally write negative reviews but this was ridiculous. We ordered a fruit smoothie, paid $10 for it and received a a half filled cup and a "yea it's not very much, sorry." $10 plus tip for approx 5 oz of watery smoothie and full acknowledgement of the rip off, but no offer to make it right. What kind of establishment are you running here? Customer satisfaction clearly isn't a priority.
