Decent burritos. Only four stars because it's over priced. I ordered a horchatta and it was around $6.50 for one cup packed with ice.
I love that the food truck trend has exploded however overhead on food trucks is far less than brick and mortor restaurants so prices should be reflected.

My husband and I eat many burritos a week and we often go to Mexican restaurants around Oregon. Rarely do we come across a place that is worthy of a review! This establishment is one such place.
To start, their menu offers handmade taco shells - delicious, great texture, large. My husband ordered the California burrito (their basic dry burrito) and it included guacamole and sour cream, which is rather special. To boot, their salsas were incredible and service was very friendly. We can say without hesitation that when we pass through Sutherlin hungry, we'll be visiting Huele a Tacos again.

Best birria in town! Great summer dining, a bit chilly in the fall, as it is outside.

Was charging @ the Electrify America station across the freeway, found this awesome taco stand on Google maps, so glad I did. So tasty. This is going to be a repeat destination.

We stopped for a quick snack, but the entire menu looked amazing. The birria Taco was fabulous, and the chorizo tacos reminded me of Playa del Carmen...

The food was tasty, but it's not a good atmosphere. It's right beside the road, and cars pass constantly and the wind kept blowing my napkins away. To their credit, there is a covered eating area to protect against the elements, and picnic tables of different sizes. Unfortunately, the tallest one was taken, and I wasn't very comfortable sitting at a small one because I'm pretty tall, and also the four of us were a bit too close together, which is embarrassing when you're eating something sloppy like a taco salad.
And that's what I got. It was good, and had healthy scoops of guacamole and sour cream. It could have used a bigger plate because it was pretty messy. I wish I had gotten chorizo instead of ground beef, and the lettuce was a bit excessive.
Their homemade hot sauce is really good, but was too much for one of the people I was dining with, who threw away about half of her food after putting too much sauce on it. It's great if you like heat, though.
Staff was friendly, and I received a warm smile when I got my food.
Prices were reasonable for the portion size. My recommendation would simply be to get the food to go.

Very shocked when my girlfriends grandmother wanted this for dinner. After eating it, I am no longer shocked. The younger blonde girl had amazing customer service and was informative and talkative in a great way. The good was insanely better then I had expected. Definitely stop here and try the beef cheek and pastor.

We picked this spot based on the rave reviews. Everything about it was great, from the friendly folks inside to the lineup of cacti for decor, the fab homemade tortillas and smashing spicy salsas, and the perfectly sheltered outdoor seating. If you love fresh Mexican food you will be happy here. It is on our travel map now; we'll be back whenever we pass Sutherlin on I-5.
Parking: We were pulling a trailer and easily found pull-through parking on the same block.
