They never get your order correct. I called on January/29/2026 at12:20 pm asked for manegar she said i am . I said please have employee s ready order screen because once again our order is wrong. She said im the manager she said quote ‘ ya so and hung up on me i will NEVER take me business there again. I will drive 35 miles to Roseburg Oregon for McDonalds. This is not the first time this store is horrible. The people are rude and don’t care about anything… sincerely ex McDonalds customer of sutherlin oregon

People are nice, food was good. But my only problem is today I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel but got a Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles instead. But since I was in a hurry to get a family member to a medical visit I just ate the loss and left after eating. Might have to avoid this location if it happens again.

There is a manager at the Sutherlin McDonalds that is beyond Rude. Nasty Nancy treats her employees like garbage, her customer service skills are severely lacking... As I. She has none. She is rude to customers, slow to do anything resembling her job, and can often be found sitting eating an ice cream while she hollers at the employees. Makes for a horrible atmosphere all the way around.

Ordered online to pick up and the workers have no idea what they are doing , waited 40 mins for my food and they still did not give me all my food. Fries were soggy and cold. Lettuce was brown and soft. Fries barely had anything in them. This is ridiculous.I will not be returning here. They were very careless and rude!

Ordered online. Got to the curbside area and were informed the special holiday meals we ordered were unavailable but we could drive over an hour away to get them in Eugene if we wanted. They did not offer to refund the price difference between the holiday meals we ordered and the regular meals we got instead. After a phone call and a very rude conversation with the manager who was interrogating the girl who brought out our order while I was on the phone listening, we had to go back to get the difference refunded. And they weren’t worth the regular price. Fries were cold and soggy, burgers were cold and dry. Will not go back again
