I drove through and ordered 2 cheeseburger, no pickles and an Oreo blizzard. Dry bare tasteless burgers. Took 1 bite. The blizzard was forgotten so I had to wait longer than usual, irrigating people behind my vehicle. The guy was nice but insane price for 1 bite and a small blizzard?

If I'm going to wait 10 minutes at your window for my food at least give me hot fries not cold soggy fries to leave with a hot hamburger. It's literally every time I order from you guys I get the wrong order, or you guys make the food wrong , it's cold or it's been cooked multiple times. The night shift is the worst! Come on, get it together!

The cheeseburgers and fries were stale, cold and dry. The attitude of the counter person was dismissive and apathetic. If I ever pass through Sutherlin again, I will avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Typical McDonald's food. Their new McDonaldland shake is good and kind of tastes like sherbet. Love the bright pink whipped cream especially. Their Mocha Frappes are always 💯. We did curbside delivery and had a large order. Initially they forgot all of our drinks and desserts but they were busy and short-staffed. They brought them out after a few minutes. The fries could've been hotter. Overall not bad.

The original crispy chicken sandwich is the worst ive ever eaten there is nothing on it but pickles you have to order the deluxe to get mayo lettuce and tomato that's not right I paid 5.25 for just the sandwich I dont know why they cant at least put mayo on it its just a dry gross sandwich.
The bathroom was horrible. Definitely needs more attention huge piles of toilet paper on the floor and toilet seat covers were empty, Hand towel dispenser empty, mind you this was early like 9am so meaning this had not been cleaned obviously or looked at for beginning of the day. Honestly, it's frustrating as wages continue to increase, yet the cleanliness of many fast food restaurants has taken such a hit...do better!!! You want better wages along with increasing prices, maintain your facility as well as hold your employees to a higher standard. My beginning jobs were not much but I take pride in my work. I didn't even buy food because of this, I left.
