Generally, I'm not a McDonald's fan. However, on this occasion the food was fine but service was great. I had contact with several employees all of whom were friendly and helpful. The employees put this visit over the top.
I am not sure what in the world is wrong with these employees here, but they all got selective hearing and don't listen to what you say. You have to check your order because it will be wrong. At least in my case it is always something without fail. Today I ordered 2 daily double, what I got was two Mcdouble. The one time I never checked my order before I drove off. To late to do anything I am already at home sitting looking at something I never wanted. Order 1366 @ 5/16/2024.

I went inside to eat and while most of the experience was great, **they water down their ketchup**. As someone who loves ketchup this is nasty. Ask for ketchup packets because you don't get any in the drive-thru and it's watered down from the pump inside.
Minutes after I placed my order at the kiosk, a couple walked in and ordered at the counter. My order was finished after theirs. The couple's number was 698 but mine...
