As usual very good ice cream, but very confusing as to how you get to the store. Both sides of store are marked one way out only with arrows on pavement on the Main Street. We finally found the entrance off a back street 😬.
I go here daily and think there doing a great job. I had a little problem once but it got fixed as soon as I brought it up. It’s a very clean and well managed fast food restaurant. 5 Stars from me!! Keep Serving great food and fast service Dairy Queen!!

Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill serves great food with fast service. The staff handle large orders well and are friendly, even when busy. The food is hot, and the shakes are perfect. However, customers suggest building an outside seating area for summer and a sitting area to wait after ordering. Some feel the portions are not a full portion for the price, which has been an issue before. Overall, the restaurant is still way better than Albany, and any problem gets fixed quickly.
