We were there on a bad day for this Subway....new help, and someone didn't show up for work, I think. It was extremely busy with drive up, inside, and phone orders. There were four of us, and our order kept getting interrupted. Our toasted sweet onion teriyaki was not very good after sitting for so long waiting to be finished. I'll give them one more chance when I'm in Sweet Home again. The fact they were so busy tells me that they are usually a good place...
We stopped at Subway in Sweet Home on Sunday October 15 at approximately 5:00. Ordered and ate our two sandwiches (yummy!). Went out to our vehicle to leave but it wouldn't start. Called a tow truck at 5:55 but it didn't arrive until 9:40. Our huge compliment and "thank you" is to Freddy, your excellent employee! He was concerned that we were OK and he checked on us three different times and even charged my phone! He is definitely an asset to your business;...
Good Sandwich. I was a little disappointed I had to get my own cup after ordering . Maybe that's just how it's done now. But the service other then that was great! I'd go back.
