It's disappointing that when you go into the restaurant and your not acknowledged as a customer as you come in, and when you come in all you have is a order station. We customized our items using their order station and they did not order our meals the way we ordered them. As they gave us our order items we're missing, turns out the employee forgot them on their bagging counter space. I asked to speak to a supervisor about their hours of being open as it is not posted...

Drive thru guy who took my order is nice. Girl who handed the food can't smile or repeat order, so I had to go inside and get the rest of my order. Are you guys out of shredded cheese?

Listen, I've been here when the service and food reflects the majority of the reviews on here. But today, in the drive through at about 12:40pm; they were killing it! The food was 5 Star (keeping in mind the Taco Bell expectation), the employees were kind and helpful, order to food in hand was very quick.
Well done guys. Reviews shouldn't only be for when things suck. Lol
