“Very nice restaurant. Good food and personable staff, great location for seeing a show at the Cabaret. However they were very understaffed and service was incredibly slow, especially with beverages. We sat outside, the inside was extremely smoky and smelly from the kitchen.“

“Great news for dog owners! If you REALLY enjoy sharing a meal with your dog, Louie’s is your place. Last night, a dog at the indoor table next to ours was enjoying dinner from the same plate as it’s human! The human would have a bite, then the dog would lick a bite off the plate. When I asked our waiter about this uncommon situation, he replied that Louie’s prides itself on being very pet friendly. I then said, “The dog and the human are eating from the same plate at the table!” He replied, “That may be pushing it a little,” but took no action to discourage the happy dog and human.“

“We really enjoyed meeting up with local family and our SOU student here for dinner. The chopped salad was a hit, as well as the tuna melt and pulled pork sandwich. The highlight for me was the pumpkin curry soup, with depth of flavor and the perfect amount as a starter course. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Will definitely be back.“

“You can call in and pick up your order here, or stop in. I am not sure if you can eat inside, but definitely outside at tables. This is the real deal with a great selection of ingredients for Mediterranean cooking as well. You can buy Pomegranate MOlasses! among other things, but the real reason to go is the food. I had been craving a Gyros for months and hadn't found a really good one in Oregon before I went back to Ashland this week and could revisit Xerces... they are still delicious. My wrap was so good, really fresh lettuce/cuke/onion, excellent sauce, perfect gyros meat, and a nice fresh Pita. Yum!“

“Very cute place. The service was wonderful. I had an espresso martini and The Rose & they were both amazing. We had the pork belly appetizer and it was one of the best things I've ever had. The salads were great and fresh. My husband got the filet mignonand it was perfect! I got the lamb & it was sadly overcooked from what I ordered but everything else on the plate was amazing so I was still able to eat it fine and they were so great about it when we let them know. The desserts were top-notch and we got the cherry cobbler and the lavender crème brûlée. We will be back.“

“My fiancè took me to the Peerless for Valentines Day. Our reservation was at 8:15pm, we arrived a little early and the hostess was super friendly and was able to seat us prior to our reserved time. The atmosphere was so nice, it was quiet and romantic, with a fireplace burning and candle on the tables. Our waiter was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. He helped us pair the wine with the food to make our experience perfect. We've decided that's our date night place from now on. The atmosphere, staff, and the food really make the Peerless a memorable place to dine.“

“Pretty cool place that is fully sprinkled. We had the cheese curds and pretzel to start. They were both delicious. The cheese curds were crispy but didn't seem over fried. I had the Modern Cowboy with Buffalo. The burger was cooked to perfection and had a good taste. The fries had the perfect crispy outside and soft inside. My wife had the nachos. They were good, but there are better options.“

“Amazing Mother's Day breakfast! My husband & I shared an omelet and it was delicious! Lots of Spinach, tomatoes, cheese and bacon...I'm not crazy about bacon but it gave it a great flavor! Our Server was delightful! She was cheery and very attentive ( I can't remember her name but she told us her family calls her an Australia Shephard because she has good energy). Everyone was so friendly and hard working! “I stupped into The ResZone to watch the Golden State Warriors had some great wings and a wonderful old-fashioned. Bryan is an excellent bartender. The last old-fashioned I got was at Martinos. I asked the bartender Steve not to put soda water in it and he did it anyway he said that's the way it's made yet I brought in the playboy bartender guide from the 60s and they do not make the original old-fashioned with soda water it tasted Like Coca-Cola..Steve the bartender refused to make it the proper way. “Neighborhood restaurant located in small strip mall. Adequate parking. Staff were warm and welcoming - friendly, neighborhood feel. Good menu with range of entrees - all with excellent pricing. For table of 6, all the entrees were excellent - good taste, good presentation. Family recently moved to the area and this has quickly become one of their go-to restaurants. Will definitely go again when in the area.“
