A great bar/saloon with a turn of the century feel. They had a deck out which allowed smoking. Some fun games inside including bowling and shuffle board. The bartender made me a solid mezcal cocktail! Very friendly and a good place to beat the heat.

But the craft cocktails, made with fresh squeezed fruit, are what set this place apart from the rest. Along with the cast iron cooked deep dish pizzas. The Baldwin Saloon is a gem in the heard of the PNW Gorge. More than worth the stop. Check it out.

Absolutely a must stop if you love a laidback vibe, great craft cocktails, kind hard-working owners that provide all that plus top-notch service, hand made deep dish pizzas & desserts, and all within a gorgeously preserved 1800s structure. Reasonably priced, oh, and they also have a sweet patio space and quality pool & shuffleboard tables. If you pass through The Dalles and don’t stop by, you’re missing out! This spot IS the destination! It was worth the 3 hour drive for me, no joke!

The music set off a wonderful evening. Felt secluded ,very relaxing. Arias and Katie aimed to please. They accommodated our crazy requests to change the menu. The beet salad was fabulous meatballs amazing. The drinks were on point. Definitely come here if you want to have a good mellow time and feel special.

Was skeptical with it being new ownership, Kate and Arius were very nice , very accommodating, willing to please... The pizza was great with it's corn meal crust . A must try. The drinks were just how I like them. And the music was different and enjoyable, 5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hidden gem in The Dalles! Super great staff, met the new owner and really great people. Best atmosphere to be found in town. Worth the stop, awesome late night pizza and beer with a chill atmosphere. I’m sure this place is a local favorite and if you’re looking for a warm place to stop on a cold night, you found THE ONE! Pizza was amazing!

Great food! I wish they would've kept the original name, Baldwin Saloon. It was a staple in this area and out of respect keeping the name would've been a nice gesture. Such is the world today, out with the old and in with the new.
