Hidden gem in The Dalles! Super great staff, met the new owner and really great people. Best atmosphere to be found in town. Worth the stop, awesome late night pizza and beer with a chill atmosphere. I’m sure this place is a local favorite and if you’re looking for a warm place to stop on a cold night, you found THE ONE! Pizza was amazing!

Great food! I wish they would've kept the original name, Baldwin Saloon. It was a staple in this area and out of respect keeping the name would've been a nice gesture. Such is the world today, out with the old and in with the new.

We ate at Baldwin twice of our visit to Oregon. It is a restaurant full of charm, decorated with great taste, where you can be installed on a pretty terrace in style European. The experience was fantastic!! We were equally seduced by their original and very well prepared cocktails by the dishes which were delicious and of high quality. We recommend you warmly "ribeye" if you are meat lover. We also tasted the "French onion soup and we are suddenly found in Paris! What a pleasure to discover this kind of place the other side of the Atlantic!!
