This was the first time I ever got to try Indian Food and the waitress was amazing and helped me find something I would like. Started with some samosas then got the lamb Korma (with some garlic naan). It was so good and so flavorful. Definitely will be back to try more items on the menu!

Highly disappointed. The garlic Naan was flat, oily, under cooked, and no garlic. I really hope the regular chef was out today and this is not the norm. Ordered butter chicken, got butter chicken masala, sauce was good(ish) but lacked depth, chicken was dry and bland. I do wish them success but improvement is needed, at least for me.

We had an excellent experience! It started with great ambiance, and continued with excellent customer service! Very warm and welcoming! It skyrocketed with some of the best Indian cuisine we've had in a long time, including many spots in PDX. Try all the things and don't be afraid to ask for recommendations, they're happy to help! Can't wait to eat my leftovers!

Bambas was one of my favorite Indian places I’ve ever been to. Service was great! Our server was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent and we were very pleased with the overall experience.

The food is flavorful and they have a huge menu to choose from. The entree portions are extremely small, and not at all a full meal, especially for the price. We spent $60 (plus tip) and left hungry. They do not bring a check, only a hand-held machine and verbalize the total, without transparency of the charges. A percentage of the bill is added for credit transactions, which is also not clearly communicated.

This is the best restaurant in The Dalles. The Lamb Vindaloo and Tikka Masala are devine. Perfectly spiced. They have lots of vegetarian and GF options too. Plus it's run by a courteous and friendly family. It's great for a special night out.
Absolutely amazing! Diverse menu and delicious food. I had the butter chicken today and it was super flavorful and rich and filling. Got a side of the chili onion naan and it was absolutely amazing and different enough from traditional naan. Absolutely will be back!
