It was fine. I saw all of the 5 1/2 ⭐ reviews and I was so excited. I ordered the special, which was grilled Walla Walla onions and Tillamook cheese on a big burger, and I though yummmmm. I probably should have just ordered the regular burger. The onions were so grilled they were slimy. The flavor was fine. The French fries were good. Any dipping sauce was extra, and after paying 15 bucks for a burger and fries that was kinda ridiculous. Again, I probably should have had their...

This was my first time eating their.
I must say the customer service and people their is so wonderful and they all really hustle, their milkshakes are like homemade ice cream wonderful and their fries are delicious. But their hamburgers even on the smaller orders are so paper thin the bun is thicker than the meat it's like having more condiments than meat,
you couldn't even hardly taste it and even on my husband's bigger hamburger it was paper...

Y family and I had a long day at work and decided to treat ourselves to big Jims for Burgers and ice cream we arrived about 8:45 pm their posted hours say closing at 10 pm. We where greated by assuming the manager at the door who let us know they where closing soon. We asked if their kitchen was already cleaned up and he said no and we could go ahead and order. Get to the counter and the guy running the till told us they weren't taking anymore orders and they where closing...
