i have low expectations for fast food (which was anything but fast, even with a full crew), but the service at this establishment is horrid. don't waste your time here. go literally anywhere else.

This is Bar None the cleanest in most well-kept store of Burger King's I've ever been to. Everything works there's no holes are broken seats. The owner operator is a fantastic human being and it shows just by how he keeps his store and how friendly his employees are clean prompt and absolutely helpful. By far the best restaurant in The Dalles I think. I think that a lot of Burger Kings should take a good look at this man's store so they can see exactly how a Burger King is supposed to be ran exactly how the food is supposed to be prepared I have nothing but good things to say about this place Bar None the best Burger King I've ever been to In My Life. And I've ate at a lot of them.

The food tastes good but every time I order they get my order wrong. It never fails with this place. Especially when I order a bacon cheeseburger. They don’t put on the bacon and today they didn’t put on the bacon or the cheese. I’m done with this place

I ordered 2 orders of chicken fries, thinking they would come with sauce. Well I get charged 80 cents for sauce. Whatever. I go up to get another sauce and they refused to give me one unless I paid for it, but I should have received 2 free ones. The 3 workers I spoke to had terrible customer service skills and wouldn’t resolve the issue. I understand it’s only 40 cents for another sauce, but I shouldn’t have had to pay for sauce in the first place.

Haven’t been to a BK in a while, but this location is great. Our picky kids meals were on point with the substitutions or “have it your way”. Food was hot and delicious. Fabulous location and FAST. We ordered and were out of the drive through in 4 min or less
