We got here to eat at 8:30 with a 2 year old ordered an appetizer and some drinks, my sister in law shows up orders a drink and until 8:58 they wait to bring our food, not bring our drinks we ordered and told us we had 2 minutes to eat the food they just brought to us. Poor customer service they could have told us that it was going to be too long of a wait to get our food in a timely manner. No remorse shown for doing that to us not worth the time or money.

A cool bar offering all the options for everyone. There is excellent cuisine, a wide range of drinks and cocktails, for those who like to stare at the TV while eating - please, those who like to play slot machines during lunch break also have this opportunity.
Portage Grill has good food, a full bar, and plenty to keep you entertained—pool tables, pinball, and even some gambling machines (not really my thing, but if that milks your goat, they’ve got 'em!). The seating is nice both inside and out, and there's an ATM on-site too. It’s a laid-back spot that’s great whether you're grabbing a bite or just hanging out with friends.

My husband & I decided to give the restaurant a try after being away for many years. Everything, I mean everything, was perfect! The wait staff was very attentive without being smothering and the portion sizes were VERY ample. We definitely will be coming back. The remodeling of the hotel and restaurant is very elegant - great job!!
