I usually don’t have bad experiences but it’s been a while since I had dq so I thought I’d go try it today and as soon as we got our food I opened it to check if it was all correct and of course my burger is already soggy the breads flat, I ordered a 2 piece chicken strip and they charged me for a 4 piece basket even tho I just wanted the 2 pieces of chicken I didn’t ask for fries or the basket . Probably not coming back for a while again

This DQ has had the same manager for over 15 years! They are now the owners and are fantastic people! I always love stopping by to get food here when I'm in The Dalles cause it's always fresh, hot, or cold if it's a cold treat!

Clean. At the Hilton Hawaiian Village the closest food to the beach is DQ.

Also the misty freeze is amazing.

We ate inside. The food took over 15 min. At that wait time I would have gone to a real restaurant for a higher quality meal.
My burgers were getting cold when they arrived.
I suspect that they prioritize their drive through at the expense of the dine in customers.

Are blizzards supposed to look like this? About to melt when it’s handed to you? Not sure if I’ll go back. Think I’m better off getting ice cream at the grocery store .

People taking orders need better customer service skills.

It's juyst dairy queen, well went through drive through a few times for the blizzards to find that half way to the bottom there s no ingrediance mixed in so its really a 6 dollar cup of soft serve . i dont get this problem at pther dairy queens in other towns just this one that has an pver abundace of kids working but the longest and slowest drive through . maybe train the kids correctly to run a business they way dairy queen intended it to run . i hope i can add a picture to show my half cup of 6 dollar soft serve . i hope some one has increased the cows wages to justy the price increas of what syarted out many years ago as a three dollar blizzard size .
