Well, they have come a long way now. I feel safe enough to eat there. Because before it turned into a dive that I would never eat that. But they have done landscaping and employee retraining. And it is safe to get a nice smash burger.

We decide to check out our local Jack in the box after reading a good review from Facebook hyping up all of the good changes and better quality/sevice it had. We went through the drive through and the first thing we noticed was the service was strange because the employee kept repeating back our order incorrectly. After patiently repeating what we wanted and seemingly coming to an understanding, we get to the window and it starts all over again. After repeating our order for about the sixth time we waited in the drive thru for a very long time only to be handed food that was not right and could not be eaten because of the old stale taste it had.

Service was great, but the food was terrible and one is definitely tied to the other so minus several stars for dishing me garbage. Fries were a mix of old & new. Both burgers were requested without mayo. Don't even know what I actually received. It had two different buns. I can only guess they took a burger off the heat & replaced the bun. I should have just thrown it out my window into the parking lot. Definitely won't be returning.

This place is hanging by a thread. Corporate needs to either support this branch or cut it loose.

Myriad issues including:
1) The drive thru screen was broken with just a sheet of paper taped over it for months on end (maybe over a year)

2) Inexplicably closed for several months

3) Completely out of staple items, regularly.

4) Of the last 5 times I stopped in there, twice they were closed (early afternoon on weekdays), once they said they'd be right with me and after 15 minutes I gave up, and the other two times they had no CO2 for the beverage machine.

5) The dining room is basically empty, to encourage you to not eat there

6) The exterior of the building is messy and unkempt looking

In summary, I don't blame the people who occasionally show up to work there but I think that the franchisee is neglecting the business and / or wholly unsupported by their area management.

If you don't intend to have this location 1) Open 2) Stocked with food 3) Clean then just put it out of its misery.

I wasn't going to write a review, but then I noticed the GREEN SPOT on my egg! (the pic doesn't do it justice.) I ordered a supreme croissant this morning and the croissant is stale, and when I was checking for mold because of how stale it was, i found a blue/green spot on my EGG... Absolutely disgusting, It took entirely too long to make 2 sandwiches for there to be anything wrong with them like that.
Jack in the Box you really need to come in and completely change how things are ran at that place. Normally the staff is super nice but I've noticed that even that has become an issue.

We ordered off of Uber eats an hour before they closed. Which is always a gamble Didn’t get anything we ordered instead, only what they wanted to give us

Food is always good, but the service is always a gamble, and the odds have not been in my favor. Last trip through, guy taking orders couldn't understand what no cheese meant, told him 4 times at the box, and then he asked again at the window, and they had to remake it. Asked us to go around front to park and wait, okay, no problem. Another gentleman comes out, with one small sack that had only the one burger in it... Ordered 2 full meals with drinks, plus tacos. He goes and comes back with the rest of the food, but no drinks... Comes back the third time, with drinks, plus 2 free items as compensation (awesome, thank you, this 2nd gentleman is where all 4 stars are coming from), but here comes the window guy as well, "Oh, I forgot to charge you"... Um, then what did you do with my card when I had it to you at the window? Verified with my bank it wasn't charged first, then gave him my card again to run... The 2nd gentleman, I'm assuming lead or manager, took 5% off our bill.

I really hope this JitB (and so many other businesses) can find better workers..

Parking: Use caution entering the driveway, it dips down just before bumping up for the sidewalk, more than any other business on the road, easy to scrape even on a standard clearance vehicle.
