went through the drive through ordered a number 13 which is a chicken sandwich meal. I was told park out front and I will bring it right out.after 15min I went inside and they said oh yeah this is yours the fries were cold and I expect the sandwich was as well. I asked for new fries and was told it would be 4 more min. I had them return my money and most likely will never return. I am a local

I love the food and the employees are friendly but it ALWAYS takes sooo long to get your food. Even when they don't have many customers. Plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes for 1 person order.

The food quality at this KFC is great compared to other KFC's, beyond that it's all bad. You forgot my sauces, buffalo ranch. When going through the drive thru be sure and grab your sauces/condiments and what not, BEFORE moving to the parking spaces at the front of the restaurant.

Broken Spoke Ranch Transport
Very poor, I think the only way to get service is to go thru the drive, after being completely ignored I left and so did the party of 4 behind me. Your employees are not worth the price of admission to a movie per day

We ordered "Taste of KFC 6 piece deal" but only got 4 pieces of fried chicken, instead of 6. We didn't find the mistake until we took the meal out at our hotel room. It was late evening and we were too tired to go back the store. And the fried chicken were very small. But the cashier is very nice!
Soggy, greasy chicken. Overall nasty. Tried to return it, but when the employees saw me walk in with a bag, they avoided me. Ran out of time and just left the un-eaten food and receipt in the bag. Not super happy

In this place the food is very good but unfortunately the staff is sometimes good, sometimes they are very rude on this occasion, I ordered an individual order and asked for hot sauce. When I got home when I opened my box of chicken the hot sauce was MacDonald's Mexican sauce. I don't know if it was a bad joke because never in years buying KFC chicken has anything like that happened to me, the truth is it's sad that people do this.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! They made a mistake and gave us a 8 piece but we ordered and paid for a 12 piece chicken. We called to let them know and you can hear employees in the background saying (loudly) that people ask for more chicken as a scam and talking crap about us while we were on the phone!!!! You guys need a new crew with actual customer service skills, also if you screw up someone’s order you might want to make it right instead of talking smack about the customer and cussing in the background. Very immature and unprofessional!
