I travel all over Oregon, and Washington and this location is better than the one close to my house in Vancouver! Everything and I mean everything was cooked beyond perfect! The flavor was excellent the Chicken was so tender, juicy pickles so fresh with the perfect crunch!

The chicken was dry, there was hair in my chicken, there were multiple flies actively circling overhead. They forgot our order of mashed potatoes and gravy, which isn’t a big deal but getting them to return to the counter and acknowledging our presence so we could get the item was near impossible. There were eye rolls to return to the counter and again once they looked up our order and saw that we did in fact order the item.

This place sucks. Orders are constantly wrong, wait times are long and the food is mid. I went through the drive through, ordered a meal for me and my daughter, they asked me to pull around to the front even though there was no one behind us. Then we sat and waited for 20 minutes just for them to bring us our food with no drinks. The crew could at least act like they care.
It took us 45 minutes to get our mea of chicken with sidesl. There were only 3 employees working. It was busy.

Waited 35 minutes for food for ONLY 2 people. Got told they were waiting for stuff but watched 10 other orders go out. Awful experience. Very slow service and unorganized. Only 2 people eating. When our food came it was still missing stuff.

Drove 2.5 hrs to get this .picked up food as soon as done chicken was regular not extra crispy 😒 and cold and fries were ice cold. Potatoes ok. Service was bad . I love kfc come to 1 2 or 3 a week traveling now I'm not sure if I will
