I love the food and the employees are friendly but it ALWAYS takes sooo long to get your food. Even when they don't have many customers. Plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes for 1 person order.

The lady at the drive through window (who also brought us our food) is absolutely amazing. She brought a real joy to our interaction, and even remembered our bbq when they had to park our order. She made our visit great!

The food is good no complaints there but they've gotten my order wrong a few times, nothing they haven't corrected immediately but still 4 or 5 times incorrect can be a bit of a turn off to dining there.
