Stepped into Mod Pizza with a coworker and asked if they had dairy free cheese, fully expecting to have to get my lunch at Safeway...Y'all! Not only did they have a dairy free option, but they have vegan sausage and chick peas, too! The ladies who prepared and baked it were so courteous, cut my pizza with a clean wheel and even offered to cook my pizza on the other side of the over! Super impressed with my pizza and the service. Im glad to have a yummy vegan option when working in The Dalles. ❤️

Won't be getting my business anymore I arrive 9:52 and was very hungry hadn't eaten all day. That day and time they close 8 minutes early I went in the next morning to speak to a manager they acknowledge that they were sorry about what happened not only did the worker that was inside came to the door and open the door didn't say anything to me shut the door and walked away with no explanation. Not all the workers do a bad job. Theirs only one guy their that can make a mean pizza without burning it.

Pizza was ok I’ve come 3 days in a row and the price seems to be different everytime. I got a pepperoni pizza and one day I payed $12.50 the next 13.75 and today $14.29. When I asked the employee he simply said the price went up 3 days ago but I’m still left with no answer! It’s disappointing

If I could leave less then a one I would. I have been to this mod a lot of times when traveling through. The workers here were so high and so slow I have never seen anything like it . Not super fast. I can’t even put to words how bad it was .

Terrible experience 😪 😢 All tables in the restaurant are dirty, nobody cares on it unfortunately. Drinks not tasty at all - a dispenser installed mix incorrect proportions. Ordering and cooking are very slow. Do not recommend to visit.

Would not recommend. Started cussing at us when we called them out on making their 8 friends pizzas (who came in and mobile ordered from a table inside after we had been in line for 15 minutes) before ours.
Pizza dough wasn't rolled out until ordering so it was small, wrinkled, and no rise at all. Like a cracker. So skimpy on ingredients. Then they burned it. Then completely drowned it in basalmic. So awful. I've eaten at a lot of MOD pizzas from Seattle to Salt Lake City. This one is the worst. I guess that's why it was so empty. We were like the only people in the place.

Spent 48 bucks for my wife and I and left starving. Pizza tastes staler than frozen and not as good. Salads were small for price and 11 inch thin crust is probably enough for just me.. top thst off with slow rude service. And we’re done forever after 1 visit. Acting like you care is a really good trait for people in customer service
