Had not been back to Petite Provence since the start of Covid. Had always been a five star lunch place. Today we both had mediocre meals. Not much flavor. My corned beef hash had about 1 ounce of finely shredded beef and no flavor. My wife’s special of the day veggie croissant sandwich also had no flavor. Did the kitchen swear off salt? I overheard the table next to us wondering the same thing.

My wife had the salmon hash breakfast while I had the corned beef hash breakfast. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The raspberry jam for our toast and croissant was some of the best I've ever had. Can't wait to come back and try the French toast and Crepes.
