Very disappointed in the food here. We waited 40+ minutes for our food on a seemingly slow night. My husband ordered a meatball sub. Our food finally arrives and it was 3 meatballs on a plate with 3 pita crackers ?! I had a classic pub burger that was over seasoned and black. Both orders of tater tots were burned and cold. The server offered us another order of tater tots to make up for it. The beer was good and the server was super nice. We expected the burgers to be better for a restaurant called “burgers, bottles and brews”.
Now my favorite burger place
.. so good!
Such a cool place!
Great biker hangout...mice atmosphere for gearheads....very friendly, highly recommended!!
Best place to eat. Super cool place nice vibes good music
The burger was outstanding, and the service was friendly & prompt. A great stop on our way driving through the gorge!
My experience here was an absolute letdown, especially given how expensive dining out is these days. With only one other customer (waiting for takeout), we waited over an hour for our food. Customer service was nonexistent—servers were too busy setting up for a band to bother with us. We had to fetch our own beers and drinks, and they were out of nearly everything we ordered. The food was dreadful: burgers were burnt, fries were overcooked, and my veggie quesadilla was charred—I could’ve made a better one at home. When we raised our concerns with the owner, she offered nothing but excuses, no discounts, or solutions, underscoring their appalling lack of customer service. My parents have been going here for a while, but it was my first visit, a rare treat out with my new baby, was a complete disaster. With food costs so high, splurging on a meal out should feel special, not leave you regretting the money spent when you could’ve bought groceries and stayed home. Save your money and avoid this place.
First time visit. Food was very tasty. Our group had BBQ burger, meatball sub, chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and nachos. All very good. We also had the bruschetta app and it was tasty too. Drink wise we had Pineapple Mango and Triple Berry ciders which was great.
Stop here every time we come through The Dalles great service, super friendly staff and great food! Thank you Lexi and Kassidy
Excellent - highly recommend. Had the Smokey Burger and it was great as was their home made potato salad. Their fries are not homemade though.

Great burgers here. Loved the beer cheese burger with bacon. They can also do it keto style with no bun.

We had a cheeseburger and ruben sandwich. The cheeseburger was thick and RAW in the middle. The ruben sandwich was made on a white rye and looked and tasted like smoked roast beef instead of cornbeef or pastrami. The pickle was not a pickle but a raw cucumber in vinegar. It was a very disappointing stop on our trip and a waste of our money.

Enjoyed everything about our dinner and drinks here! The ambience was great, especially love the giant gears and beautiful blown glasses. Service and staff were all great. Met the owner and some locals who were very friendly. We didn't participate in friday night karaoke, but it was fun to hear people singing in the back room. The beer cheese bacon burger was so delicious. So were the beer, cider, and tap rootbeer. No complaints. If I lived closer, I would definitely be part of their mug club.
Kid-friendliness: Brought my 4 year old for dinner. They allow kids until a certain hour... 9 or 10pm, I believe. Kids just can't cross the white line on the floor into the bar area. They had a cool bar height highchair she used. Bottled juice and rootbeer on tap for my older child. There wasn't a kid menu. We ordered my toddler a "kids size" mac n cheese, but the beer cheese sauce was not her favorite flavor. Next time, we will just get her the Alfredo pasta instead of the yellow cheese she insisted she wanted.

Ask for a sticker that says "I drank today" and how the owner created them.
