I’ve been wanting to stop and try the burgers. They did not disappoint. Yummy! Unique options to pick from the menu. What a neat place. The owner answered all of our questions and seemed to love what they do.

Randomly stopped in for a pint with my wife on a road trip. Ended up having the best time. Everyone working there was kind, comical, and full of life. They even made us some carrot cake on our way out to go! It's definitely a place we would go again if we are driving through or visiting The Dalles!

Stopped in for lunch just after noon. We were the only two customers in the restaurant. We ordered a hamburger, a meatball sandwich and a beer. The order took over 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the burger was cooked very well done, dry and crumbling. When the Kitchen Manager/Bartender was made aware of the issue, he made light of it saying that was how he liked his hamburgers. Never again, Route 30. On the positive side, the meatball sandwich was edible, though it did not seem to have any herbs, or seasoning.I

This is a very nice bar and grill with a good menu but unfortunately my burger was quite over cooked and the tots and fries were very under cooked. Food wasn't hot or fresh at all. Service was just okay and not very friendly. There were only 4 other customers there during our visit. I'd try this place again if I hear that improvements are made.

The beer was ice cold and very good! Food was delicious and very friendly atmosphere. Throw a dollar on the ceiling for charity. Had fun watching our bartender throw up to the ceiling....very persistent and finally got it.

Great atmosphere, super friendly bartender. 2 of my group got the home made potatoe salad and raves about it. I got the adult grilled cheese (with spinach and artichoke dip on it- which I have never seen before) and it was amazing. My dad got the beer cheese and bacon tator tots and really liked them. My husband got the pastrami burger and said it had great flavor and was very filling. Would definitely stop there again.
