They only had one person working behind the counter, so service was a bit slower, but still friendly and as fast as they could be. Huge selection of flavors, on the softer side, but that's my preference anyway.

Three of us got a variety of scoops and bowls. They got the order right, the ice cream was Tillamook and creamy. The selection was large and varied. We spent $17 (including a small tip) for three of us. It's not cheap but it was not as expensive as gelato or Ben and Jerry's. I would go back again with out any hesitation.
