Terrible service. They served with a bad attitude, incomplete food and when it was pointed out to them they got angry and anyway they were charging me for the full menu, they were overcharging me on my bill. We had a hair in the food, there is no hygiene among the wait staff.

When we walked in there was no one in sight to seat us and only two other people eating there, when someone did notice us they made us wait longer before seating us. They were out of some of the menu items we wanted for being so empty. The fries looked and tasted like they'd been cooked and recooked several times, the coleslaw was flavorless as well. At least the waitress was friendly. They charge as much as a good restaurant for significantly subpar quality of food.

I expected much better from Shari's based on past experiences. I generally don't write reviews but this was a frustrating experience that cost way too much. There was only one other table and two servers, servers were kind but slow and unattentive. Salad was OK, tomatoes appeared to have been chopped long before. Loaded mashed potatoes--not warm enough to begin to melt the cheese, texture was gummy and sticky. Difficult to eat but I was starving! Brocolli cheese casserole--broccoli was RAW, rice was firm, dry, and dense, dish was COLD. I could not eat it. It was really, really bad. Chicken fried steak--gravy was lumpy, inconsistent texture. "Steak" itself was sufficiently warm and pretty tasty. My lovely wife had an omelette that was cold. The hash browns were pretty good. We ate between 5-6pm, when you would expect a dinner crowd, but again there was only one other table with people. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Parking: The parking lot was empty. I should have taken that as a bad omen.

Never been to Shari's before today. Ate the saddest BLT to ever exist. 2 strips of paper-thin pre cooked bacon, 2 lettuce leaves, and stale bread. Kid had blue berry pancakes that were mediocre and came from the kitchen not as ordered. Place is pretty dirty and worn down to boot. Would never go back again.
