Never been to Shari's before today. Ate the saddest BLT to ever exist. 2 strips of paper-thin pre cooked bacon, 2 lettuce leaves, and stale bread. Kid had blue berry pancakes that were mediocre and came from the kitchen not as ordered. Place is pretty dirty and worn down to boot. Would never go back again.

We went the after Thanksgiving about 10 am there where only 3 other costumers in the building at the time..but first off the coffee..wow. not good we told the waitresses and they apologized and made more..it was also very bad..I drink gas station coffee every day this was way worse..staff was nice but so slow it took 45 min just to order..the food was edible..but barely... it was truly an example of why I don't go out to eat often...

Terrible experience. Server was eh, didn’t seem to care much. We asked for the prime rib dinner and the fish and chips. The prime rib that was originally brought out was just shaved meat. We told them that it was not prime rib and they took the plate and wiped the shaved meat off and placed a tiny COLD piece of meat on the same plate with the juices of the shaved meat clearly being on the plate still. The rest of the meal, including the fish and chips were cold. The broccoli we had as a side was half cooked, half raw. The coleslaw had absolutely no flavor. Absolutely disgusting food. The server never checked on us either. We had to flag her down if we wanted anything, including water. Worst experience ever. Never coming back.

We stopped in while driving through. I was greeted rudely and hostess wanted to know if I was there for lottery or food? Place almost empty and she sat us at one of the few dirty tables and then left and never came back. Bathroom was filthy. We walked out.
The service was great, and prices were great too. Store is clean and the outside is clean

We attempted to eat here tonight. We were seated after waiting several minutes (5-10). There were no other people eating in the restaurant, although a couple of people came in to get food to go. We ordered our drinks, which the older gal who sat us retrieved for us. The lemon that was in my husband'a soda water had mold on it (see the picture). She told us the other gal would come get our orders. We waited for over 15 minutes- long enough to finish our drinks. We ended up putting down cash for the drinks and walked across the parking lot to Mod pizza. I wouldn't ever go back.

Food didn’t taste good as well as drinks. We got milkshakes and the only thing you could taste was the paper straws which had an awful taste. I normally love Shari’s and have never had a bad experience until now.. and the silverware was very dirty. Nicole the waitress was nice tho.
