I’ve been going to this establishment with my family for 15 years. It’s slowly getting worse and worse. We started going to Dutch bro for coffees because there is no consistency with Starbucks beverages. We still like to go get food from Starbucks but now they’re always out of items (every trip), and the lines are ridiculous. Today we went through the drive through took us 27 minutes to get through the line. Took us 15 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. There were only 4 cars in front of us when we got in the back of the line.

I should checked my items before I left the window. When we got home we were missing an idea. I double checked the receipt and I did pay for it.

This is nothing new. Our experience is what we normally experience here.

I recently visited my local Starbucks, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, instantly lifting my spirits.

The baristas were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to help me find the perfect drink, recommending a seasonal favorite that I absolutely loved. Their attention to detail really sets this Starbucks apart.

The seating area was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. I noticed a nice mix of regulars and new faces, creating a vibrant community vibe.

I also appreciated their commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly cups and a clear focus on responsible sourcing. It feels great to support a place that cares about the planet!

Overall, my visit was a delightful blend of excellent service, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return for my next caffeine fix!

The service was very slow, but the most offensive thing was that we came here for a business meeting and before we were halfway through a rude employee announced at 12:22 pm that they would be closing in eight minutes due to lack of staff. Thanks. This won’t happen again. Change to take out only if you can’t keep help.We stood in the parking space out front for a few minutes trying to wrap up our meeting. Numerous people drove up only to find the place closed. On Two For One Day, it turns out. One of them actually suggested you close this store if this is the best you can do.

I just stopped here for my usual bfast and was told that my coffee and croissant went up by $1! This is a huge increase. I asked the girl at the window about it and she said" I don't make the prices. I don't know " . Seemed pretty rude. Sorry Starbucks but you have priced me out. Won't be getting Starbucks any
