This place is overall exceptional and deserves more than 5 stars. The inside looks like no other winery you’ve ever seen- it’s like a museum but way more comfortable? - hard to describe. It is huge with more to see around every corner, including an outdoor section. We were helped by Vicky, who was so kind and knowledgeable. We were at the Sunshine Mill Winery several years ago and all I can say is, it just keeps getting better! What a unique place for a winery, in an old elevator/bakery. This is a place not to be missed. There are so many little cozy areas to sit and explore. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The wines were very good and so was the food to go along with it. You MUST stop and see this place. It is now our favorite winery and wish we had something like this closer to San Diego.

Not obviously finding access in the evening, slow down so as not to miss access.
Also pay attention to the railway track at the back, which is active and has no protective barriers, an accident can quickly happen.
