This is in my humble opinion, the best Indian food along the Columbia river. Even up to the headwaters. It's got a very rangy menu and I would've given it five stars but they just raised the price out of my regular customer income bracket. But you do get what you pay for.

Amazing food! I went there looking for vegan options and I got some delicious meals, the chickpea masala was the best, I also recommend the cauliflower masala and the vegetable samosa. People were so nice!

Food was good. We got dahl curry, which was good with the poori & my kid liked. Paneer tikka curry is good, full of flavor, red af. I feel like my mouth will be red for the foreseeable future. Fish curry was good and decent spice level. Good flavor, nothing overwhelming. Entrees came with a lot of rice. Workers were polite & food tasted fresh.

A pleasent find close the interstate. Had the delicious lamb vindaloo. Spice-level wasn't so much, but so it goes in Oregon. This truck is part of a food pod, and there is inside seating on-site in an old fast-food restaurant with a full bar and friendly bartenders. They had done a kids Christmas treat give-away that day (December 22nd) and had give-away's planned for the adults, too

I ordered the Chana Masala, Tandoori Roti, and Pappadam, all vegan.I was taken back by how delicious the food was.The spices and flavor in the Chana Masala are just to die for, the texture was very admirable as well.This easily makes it to my top 5 Indian Restaurants In the nation.I ended up returning the next day to do a repeat order it was so good!I came from out of town and cannot wait to return so I can try more menu items!I am forever grateful for little gems like this that provide such wonderful tasting Indian food!Please never stop cooking, your food speaks to my soul!Thank you so much! ?

I've lived in big cities and eaten a lot of Indian food, and this is by far the best I've ever had. The flavors are amazing and portions are enough to get a couple of meals out of.I shared some with my mother, who had never had Indian food, and she was blown away.The only drawback is the wait, sometimes up to 35 minutes, but it is sooooo worth it.I hope they open another location in Hood River!

Edited to add second visit review - STILL amazing!! Lamb korma, lamb curry, and cholle bhature - all so good. Looking forward to he next visit again already.Blown away by the quality and taste of the food. We had lamb vindaloo, chicken korma, and garlic naan. Hard to figure out the favorite among the items as they were all so tasty. I live an hour and a half away and will consider this food truck a very good reason to keep coming back to visit friends!
