Baskin-Robbins

Ordered from Door Dash tonight and was shocked what was delivered. Quality is not what you’d receive in store, even with inflated prices. Ordered a two scoop sundae- didn’t look anything like the photo. They gave us a kids sundae but paid $10. Banana split was completely melted- no ice cream left.

Love their ice cream cakes! Way more flavors than Dairy Queen! Half sheet is in photo. They were able to personalize it in the spot!

Disappointing service.

Overall the service and icecream is great but the dust coating the walls and covering every ceiling vent in a thick layer is very off putting. Also every time I see them "clean" it's never well or thorough

Rude service....very stingy scoop of expensive ice cream on a hollow sugar cone, itself made inedible by whatever glue they use to glue paper to the cones that does not peel off easily. I am starting to understand why so many Baskin-Robbins locations have closed in recent years.

I went this evening to get some Ice cream with my Nieces and tired a few samples but apparently I got “cut off from sampling” I had 3 samples! I wanted to try some of the seasonal ice cream before creating my milk shake creation. Y’all have some Sample Nazis running the store.

So I usually I like coming here. We probably visit the location once per week and order the same thing…. Peanut Butter layered Sundae. Tonight however I was let down. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
My “Peanut Butter Layered Sundae” was nothing close to what it promised to be, or what I’ve had in the recent past.
Picture below is what I got vs. what they advertise.
I understand that advertising pictures always look better than what you actually get but come on. This is a far from acceptable!

Baskin-Robbins provided an outstanding experience during our visit today between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The customer service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcomed. The girls working were incredibly friendly, constantly smiling, and displayed such patience and attentiveness, especially with the children. It created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. The team’s positive energy and willingness to assist made our visit truly memorable. We will definitely be returning for more sweet treats and great service! Highly recommended.

Rude costumer service ESPECIALLY by Kayla (often wears a braid in her hair). Someone really needs to talk to her and teach her how to show respect towards ALL her costumer’s.

Best ice cream around

I asked for a banana split like in the picture on the menu and what I got was half a banana with three tiny scoops of ice cream and whipped cream on top. When I asked the lady where the toppings were she said they were"under the whipped cream" they were not. A waste of $15 and will not be going back here.

Good thing I picked the right flavor! I'm dying to have it again. It was the wild n' wreckless sherbert flavor
