Very bad customer service. I told them I wanted four subs all the same.I told them to add pepperoncini and spinach, but no lettuce i got lettuce no pepperoncini no spinach thloey ruined the whole lunch for my Boss and guests 62 dollars and the food was not good. They also had way too much bread, not enough meat. Do Not Eat Here they Don't listen ?

I always ask for the turkey, cream cheese, cucumber sandwich and they by far have the best bread! This place provides quick customer service and always gets my order right. Love ❤️ it here.

Between fighting the 5-6 flies inside for my food and chewing on stems from the pepperoncinis, I will not be returning.

Ordering online was easy and you can customize your sandwich and add stuff. It was ready quickly and the staff was very nice. I got a club sandwich and added avocado with a side of potato salad. The potato salad tasted like they literally repackaged Reser's from the grocery store. It wasn't bad, but I guess I was expecting a little more. The regular sandwich was big and you can easily split it for a couple meals or for later. It wasn't really anything special. Sort of wished they had (or maybe I should have requested) seasoned the tomatoes and lettuce a little more and used more mayo. It was kind of a bland, subway-esq sandwich. The bread held up nice though. It's a chain restaurant btw.Tldr; it was OK - I wouldn't recommend it to someone else, but would eat it in a pinch.

Great bread, fresh ingredients, kind staff. One of my very favorite sandwich places to frequent. Awesome local chain.

Twice I’ve put in my order on Door dash, came to the location to pick up my order and not only was it not started, after the app said it was ready, 3 people waiting in line ahead of me just putting in their orders, received their orders before mine! which had been placed 15 minutes before theirs!!!. I lost the time to even eat my lunch on my break just waiting for my order. Please people get your stuff together! This is totally ridiculous. If I am ever asked to recommend your business to my coworkers, I would probably tell them to steer clear.

Better by far than Subway!
Best sandwiches ever!!!!!! Ever!!!! Prime club is to die for. Please consider serving beer cause that would be the ultimate combo
The staff is awesome ?
Sandwich (pastrami on cheese bread with lettuce, tomato, banana pepper, jalapeno and provolone) was very fresh, toppings had a great crunch and the bread was significantly different (compared to other recent sandwiches at other shops) since this was fresh baked. Made a difference to me. Will go back.
Ordered 3 French dips. They all were ice cold even though they're listed under "Warm Subs"
