14 dollars for a sandwich with 1 and a half pieces of bacon, hardly any turkey but a 1/2 a bag of lettuce is unacceptable. Not what I expected for 14 dollars won't be coming back

First time customer. Likely, last time customer. Service was great, and friendly, lots of parking, easy to get to, and the bread was delicious. Then why 3 stars? They completely messed up my order and the amount inside the sub was ridiculously skimpy for the price. The size of the subs were wrong. They type of bread was wrong, The items on the sub were wrong. I don't know if it was in the ordering process or the making process but something went wrong. It's a sandwich place, guys. Know how to place an order and make a sandwich the way the customer wants it. Pretty simple.

Don't let my 4 star review fool you. I love Big Town Hero. The only reason for the 4 is because their menu is a bit limited, which is completely valid. Maintaining a smaller menu makes it easier to keep a better amount of fresh ingredients in hand. I've never had a bad sandwich from this place.

Friendly staff, quick service. Had the Italian sub on white bread. Bread very fresh and soft. Plenty of meat/cheese/toppings. Macaroni salad was just average. Lots of seating available and plenty of parking close.

I told them I wanted four subs all the same.I told them to add pepperoncini and spinach, but no lettuce i got lettuce no pepperoncini no spinach thloey ruined the whole lunch for my Boss and guests 62 dollars and the food was not good. They also had way too much bread, not enough meat. Do Not Eat Here they Don't listen ?
