First time customer. Likely, last time customer. Service was great, and friendly, lots of parking, easy to get to, and the bread was delicious. Then why 3 stars? They completely messed up my order and the amount inside the sub was ridiculously skimpy for the price. The size of the subs were wrong. They type of bread was wrong, The items on the sub were wrong. I don't know if it was in the ordering process or the making process but something went wrong. It's a sandwich...

Don't let my 4 star review fool you. I love Big Town Hero. The only reason for the 4 is because their menu is a bit limited, which is completely valid. Maintaining a smaller menu makes it easier to keep a better amount of fresh ingredients in hand. I've never had a bad sandwich from this place.

Love this place. I work out here 2 times a week and this place is a big part of why it excites me to go there. A couple other places close by, but this place has great food, you get more of it and its priced better than its local competitors.
