I come to this location every Sunday and have not had an issue, but today when I got to work and tried my coffee it was chunky! I would have gone back to get another one but I could not leave work. Honestly Im just disappointed.

I was very surprised, the girls were very friendly and the product was very good. Today everything was closed due to the snowfall in the area where I live, so I went to try it and I will surely return.

Horrible service they have horrible attitude and only one girl is nice and helpful. The blonde girl I don’t know her name is really disrespectful and rude. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. They mess up orders and are rude about it I suggest going to a different store.

It's truly a pleasure coming to this specific location. I've been to a lot, and most of the time it seems like they ate only there for a paycheck. This black rock has the best service, the most beautiful people you could ever lay eyes on, and a overall demeanor that feels warm and welcoming. If I were their higher ups, I'd give each of them a big raise and a week's worth of paid vacation. I don't believe there ever will be a black rock that tops this one. Not to mention that they're very thorough, and time efficient. If you've made it this far in the review, then don't just take my word for it. Go give them a visit and be sure to tip them for their amazing service.
