I was very surprised, the girls were very friendly and the product was very good. Today everything was closed due to the snowfall in the area where I live, so I went to try it and I will surely return.

Horrible service they have horrible attitude and only one girl is nice and helpful. The blonde girl I don’t know her name is really disrespectful and rude. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. They mess up orders and are rude about it I suggest going to a different store.

It's truly a pleasure coming to this specific location. I've been to a lot, and most of the time it seems like they ate only there for a paycheck. This black rock has the best service, the most beautiful people you could ever lay eyes on, and a overall demeanor that feels warm and welcoming. If I were their higher ups, I'd give each of them a big raise and a week's worth of paid vacation. I don't believe there ever will be a black rock that tops this one. Not to mention that they're very thorough, and time efficient. If you've made it this far in the review, then don't just take my word for it. Go give them a visit and be sure to tip them for their amazing service.

This was our first time here. My wife got a matcha latte, and I got one of their fall seasonal drinks. I didn't care for my drink at all, but my wife really loved her drink and said it was one of the best matcha drinks she had. We are white coffee addicts, but they do not have white coffee if you are looking for that.
I love Black Rock but the Saturday crew is beyond slow. There will be 10 cars in the drive through and three people at the window, and the staff moves at a snail pace talking about their plans for the weekend not making coffee. I just waited 25 minutes in the car line. Totally unacceptable!

I would’ve much rather had my delivery person or even the staff say they were low on banana bread and give me nothing, than to receive this piece of banana bread. I am greatly appreciative I still got it, but to have spent $5.35 on half of a slice, or a corner of a slice of banana bread is disappointing and diabolical on their behalf ?
