Black Rock is my favorite coffee place. There are no nice bunch of people than the Tigard location. I've been going there since 2009.

Almost always great staff... which makes the times when someone that seems annoyed a customer showed up a huge bummer. Have not been disappointed with most drinks. Frozen fuels are hit or miss. Maybe its just me and fuel though...

Love the coffee and people are great. However, two things have popped up. They are frequently under staffed especially in the morning were the wait can be 15-30 minutes to get your coffee. Secondly, and hope not a normal thing, but last two orders, extra large, has been filled only about a large size possibly medium, topped with a foam when not asked for. These drinks are expensive and to pay for a xl and get a L or M is disappointing. Pic of XL before i took a drink and still another 1/2 inch of more foam. Hope these two things change soon.

Their taste is amazing but they’ll always give the wrong size (if I ask for 16oz they’ll say it’s 16 but it will be 12oz, it will always be less than the actual size) This isn’t the first time happening !

THESE GIRLS HAVE NEVER NOT OUT DONE THEMSELVES!!! Absolute perfection every visit and especially today these two lovely ladies I wish I got the names of,, I asked em to work around a IV and caramel blondie iced love child and they did way more than just serve that’s for sure wish I could say more there but less just say HUNTY never not coming to you guys now! :D thank you SO much for the kinds spirits too w every visit!!. Blessings to your staff always ya’ll!!
