I love Black Rock, especially their 3 dollar lattes on Tuesday for students. Their caramel truffle is so creamy and delicious. I really recommend coming if you're a student and taking advantage of that deal! ❤️

I would suggest that management educate with little girls on customer service. My vehicle was too tall to go through the drive-through, so I parked it and walked to the walk up window patiently waited as the youth served 2 vehicles that arrived after me, while my drink was finished and waiting on her shelf. I told her to keep the drink. I was not interested in it anymore. Her response was drive-through comes first I told her to apply logic to the situation and see that my vehicle was too tall to go through the drive-through.

Fun and upbeat this morning. The line was long, but it went by quickly with the fun gal taking orders at the cats which made for less wait time! Loved the energy this morning girls! This stand has truly gone downhill over the last year. Whatever drink you order, be prepared for it to be messed up in some form or fashion. The rate that these mistakes occur are frequent enough that I am avoiding this stand and driving 3x the distance for the SW Pacific Hwy location, as they can make it correctly 90% of the time. The people are friendly at this stand, but their accuracy has much to be improved on; and until that happens I would try to avoid it.
