I'm Allergic to strawberries and I ask if the green apples smoothie has any strawberries just to make sure there is no strawberries in it, the staff went beyond that and read the ingredients on the green apple mix and even cleaned the blender again to make sure there was no cross contamination of strawberries in my drink. The service is fantastic here!! The green apple smoothie was great

The people who work here are great. My only complaint Is this location only has one person working early in the morning.There can be a five car backup in a fifteen minute wait at six in the morning. Please open with two employees so that the weight time isn't someone

They always do an excellent job hiring people for their coffee bars. The young people are always so peppy and nice and professional but still themselves which I love. My favorite drinks NEVER fail me no matter what Black Rock I go to. It's literally the only coffee chain I support. I just wish they had more locations so I can Always get good coffee no matter where I go.
