I just landed from a fight and ordered a #5 combo witch is 2 burgers and they only gave me one no refund or anything rude

I placed an order and was surprised to see that they were cooking without protective gloves! And the place itself is very dirty!

I was surprised to see when I walked in the door that there was a pile of trash sitting on the floor and it sat there the entire time , I was there.
Bathrooms were freezing, food was alright,staff was talking smack about the customers in Spanish thinking they couldn't understand.

The burger bun was stone cold. The only flavor was the onions.
Ordered my food and the person taking my order gave me the total for $6 more than the total owed. I explained to him that he had overcharged me, and he said that he had not, he had put it in the computer correctly. I did the math for the order out loud so he could see the discrepancy. I asked him to void my order and re enter it, and he did it correctly the second time. I then pulled forward to the window and handed over my credit card... only to get a receipt back where I was overcharged. I asked for a refund and was told that I could not get one because there was no manager on duty. The person working told me I had to surrender my receipt to him if I wanted a refund when the manager returned the next day. I said I would not do that because if I did not have my receipt I could not prove that I was frauded. So, he allowed me to take a picture of the receipt and then he kept it. I drove away from the window only to find out that I had been shorted food from my order (frauded twice in one order!)
Zero out of five stars, do not recommend. If your service frontline is unable to fix a customer service problem created by your technology, then you have failed as business. Also, a basic quality check requires you to count the number of items in a bag before you hand it to a customer.

I don't know what the lady's problem was because my window was down and I was speaking clearly into the machine but I asked her about 4 times for a large fries and she came back with asking me if I wanted a large husband!? Like how does that even make any sense like have you not heard of fries because it's morning time??? It said right on the menu that I could order some fries for breakfast I didn't even bother to try and get the rest of the order out if she couldn't understand a basic items like a large fries. I just drove away because I was so annoyed that this person couldn't understand what I was saying to them.

Horrible place to eat don’t go get the lady in drive thru will have a attitude with you for simply ordering it’s been 20mins since my order an still waiting in parking lot for food

I ordered the fish sandwich combo with no pickles. I asked for the fish to be freshly cooked and I didn't mind waiting. They said the fish is cooked fresh. What they did was quickly microwaved it and removed the pickles from the sandwich. Also the french fries were cold. The diet coke was great

Most fast food restaurants usually get rated only when there's a complaint. Well, I'm happy to tell you that everything in my experience was top notch! I ordered through their app at 8:43pm. I picked up my order 2 min later in the drive through and got everything I ordered exactly as I customized them. Expertly wrapped burgers where hot and delicious as I expected. Great job guys!

They speak only Spanish and they are LOUD. Our food was made wrong THREE TIMES and instead of letting us or anyone else have the mist, they tossed it ALL in the trash. Tried to order ice cream, took 5 mins to get someone to even ask me if I needed anything after 2 workers walked right by me. Just terrible service. The food didn't taste bad, but it isnt worth the cost and it DEFINITELY isn't worth the aggravation. Go to another BK or DQ or anywhere else.
