I ordered the NEW BBQ Brisket Whopper. There wasn't any brisket on the burger. I checked my receipt to be sure there wasn't a mix-up...NO mix-up, on the receipt it clearly states BBQ BRIS WHP $9.59. Because I went drive through, I believe this was intentional. They assumed I would not bother to come back. They were correct. I didn't go back and never will. I tried calling but they never answered the phone. This Lake Oswego Burger King is never busy and it's probably not doing well. I have been disappointed before at this location but was sucked in by the advertising for the Brisket Whopper. My 1 star is generous.

I literally had one of the chicks argue with me about whether or not what I ordered was correct. I placed an online order. Which means I have a copy of what I ordered. She did it wrong and then proceeded to yell at me about what I ordered as if I couldn't pull it up. She said she would fix it and instead slathered Ketchup all over my food so I couldn't eat it. She was a raging attitude having weirdo, and I don't understand why you think you're someone higher than you are. like chill, ma'am, this is a burger king...

This is the worst freaking BK I've ever been to and the people that work here are just as bad!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! The worker said there's a 2 for $5 deal and it was pick 2 items from a list and you get a drink and a side of fries, onion rings, or another item included with the 2 items for $5. I got that and she charged me $10 and I asked why it wasn't $5. She proceeds to tell me that the drink and the sides are part of that even though she just told me it's included and that it wasn't extra! I told her if she would have said that I wouldn't have done that and she just stared at me and I asked if she could cancel it and give me a refund since they hadn't made my food yet and she told me no and when I asked to speak to her manager she told me I couldn't. I will not be coming back and I will tell everyone not to come here either.

10 pm drive thru. It's been 6 or 7 years since I've ordered a whopper or any other fast food. So, I thought I would get junior whopper, but I had to laugh because it wasn't like I remembered, it was like the play food my neice has for her little kitchen. Down in 4 small bites, small fries, and small drink. $9.00. Proved to me why I don't eat fast food. It's too addicting and too expensive, especially using the drive-thru. There's not a lot of one on one, sit down, and have a tiny tiny play food served to a plated table. Anywho, I'm the middle of the road on Burger King flamed broiled mini meat. Oh, no fault of the young lady who packed and handed me my mini meal. She did it with a tired smile on her face. Sorry for the long read, but you did ask my opinion. Smile
