They forgot part of our order, so we had to go back. Then, I had to ask for fresh fries so we didn't have to eat cold fries with our burgers. I got a quick eye roll, but they did provide fresh fries as well. For the price I paid it was a very terrible experience.

I believe his name is Gary, older gentleman. His service was the best I've experienced at burgerville. Usually go to the on off of it Tigard. First time to this one. Just had to write a review how Gary was excellent in helping us. Thank you!

I have always liked Burgerville and always enjoyed the food and while my lunch was excellent. They've changed the strawberry shortcake and it was terrible and inedible the biscuit was hard as a rock i needed my pocket knife to cut it.

Burgerville what happened? Your food used to taste good. I got the new special burger which is a quarter pound burger that was so overcooked I can imagine shoe leather being more tender. Fries should not be as expensive as a burger. I also tipped 15% because I had an adult help me and I appreciate the fact that they're able to pay good wages but pre-tipping 15% for the food that I just ate is very annoying. I was hoping that the quarter pound burgers actually going to taste like something instead of the little tiny burgers that are now way more than 89 cents when I was a kid. I even went inside to make sure I was going to get a fresh burger and even my fries were seem like they've been in the warmer for a half an hour. Do better or you guys are going to go under with the added pressure of other similar burger joints. The real bummer is I couldn't even have a beer with this burger and for the kind of money that I'm paying I would expect a brewpub burger. With tip for a quarter pound special burger fries and a drink with 15% tip was 18 dollars and change.

Lady at the counter could barely quote me how much a Chicken Sandwich and fries We're gonna be and then honestly completely overpriced.I should have just went to red robin. Try to go to Jack and the box first, but they're closed. I'll never go back. I gotta go to a restaurant and get that price not fast food

Service was fast but serving sizes are small. It cost me 20$ for a small double cheeseburger, fries, soda, and their smallest size shake. The soda was really watered down as well…

Great jojos, fries, and shakes. I wish the jojos were a permanent menu item. Veggie burgers used to be better. I don't like the meat imposter burgers, which is all they have now. The plant-based cheese just isn't the same. Prices are OK, wish it was cheaper but everything is expensive now.
