As a former employee of this company I'm so completely disappointed in the quality of my order. There was so much mayonnaise on my burger it literally was dripping my onion rings or obviously refried cuz some were darker than the others like they've been thrown back in the fryer just not the standards they used to be totally disappointed and a waste of my money. Really sad this used to be a good company a good restaurant.

Gary (and Sophia) were awesome. This is the best location to go to, especially if you are there in the morning. Gary works the drive thru (the way I went today) and has the best conversational manor.friendly and jokes with you, wants to make you smile. He said while we were talking Sophia was working, so thank you Sophia for making my sandwich! I forgot to ask to remove something I was having such a good time. Easy fix to remove some red onions from my sandwich myself when I get home.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was literally the grossest burgerville I’ve ever been to. There was garbage EVERYWHERE, all over the floor in the kitchen area, spilling out of every garbage can and into the floor, it was actually disgusting. When we ordered we were told “it was going to be awhile…” after 10 minutes we went to the bathroom and found there was no soap. I went to tell the worker and he said “do you need it now?” And then told me it would “be awhile” while he tried to find it. Why does a restaurant not know where their soap is??!! After he came out of the bathroom he went right back to making food without washing his hands. That was more than I could handle so we asked for our money back. You always hope employees who are touching your food are actually washing their hands but to actually see with your own eyes that they aren’t is disgusting. Luckily the Wilsonville location was super clean and the employees smiled and were so kind. It all added an hour to our road trip and was slightly disturbing, luckily we had been to the Wilson like location before and it had never never disappointed. Seriously, the health department needs to get over there and crack down. And hire some people who smile and are kind and wash their hands! It goes so far.

Great NW original restaurant. The Wala Wla onion rings are the best I have ever had. If you have not tried them, I suggest you do . Their burgers are right up there too.
Worst Burger, Bacon Cheese Burger, was cold, cheese looked old and limp, burger tasted like cardboard, have tried several locations, none were this bad, never again
