This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away on the bottom floor of a Tigard office building. The family that runs it is always super kind and the food is fantastic. Beef teriyaki is a must!

$12 for $5 worth of food.First time going in. Ordered fried rice, guy behind me in line orders the same. I waited 20m for food to be ready, meanwhile after 5m they served the guy behind me. Guy is a coworker and I saw they gave him larger portion than I received, despite ordering same exact thing. Wasted my entire break waiting for the food, only for it to barely be a snacks worth. Left still hungry.Lady taking orders was nice, which is their only saving grace.Never going there again.

This cafe is a gem. The food and coffee are great and the woman who works the counter is exceptionally kind. One of the best soups I ever tasted was from this café and the other meals I've gotten have been delicious as well. We make it a point to stop here any time we are in the area.

NO BUBBLE TEA. Just one of those rich people office cafes run by Asians with extreme overpricing on lame food and rewrapped wholesale foods (think Costco muffins). $16 for lame no real fruit smoothie made from a carton of mixer in a cheap blender and a poor bahn mi sandwich with cheap deli meat.

The cashier was SO RESPECTFUL and considerate! I told her of a dietary restriction of mine and she went to even check the sauces that they used in the dish I ordered to make sure they didn't have the ingredients I have sensitivity to!!!Dietary restrictions: They work with you and care better than any place else in my experience.

Not easy place to find. The cafe resides in suite 100 inside the building. But I love the ambience and lots of natural light through the windows. Cafe has comprehensive menu including korean food like teriyaki, bibimbap... not crazy about our burrito nor French toast. Price is reasonable.

Delightful gem hidden in the Lincoln center building. Open to the public, home cooked breakfast and lunch with fresh coffee and a gorgeous setting at a very reasonable price.

A nice little hidden gem! It’s located inside the office building in the first floor so don’t let that throw you off. Really good coffee, fresh homemade breakfast sandwich. Very nice!

What a wonderful surprise! This cafe is located in the 1st floor of a nice office building located in a nice area. The breakfast burrito was awesome and so was the strawberry smoothie I had. I highly recommend this place!

I usually get a veggie breakfast burrito. Very friendly, fast service and I like the spicy mayo they offer with salsa. Always piping hot too!
