A van from this company tailgated me dangerously close on I5 South this morning at about 9am. In all of my 20 years of driving, I have never experienced anything like this. There was someone in front of me as well, so it’s not like I was driving under the speed limit. I was going about 76-78. Then this person changed lanes almost into me. They are clearly incredibly reckless, impatient and should not be driving for their job. The fact that there is another review stating the same thing shows that this company doesn’t care about what their drivers are doing. Maybe not until there is an accident and a lawsuit.
I've had multiple unfortunate experiences with the truck drivers from this company. It's clear that their driving is often reckless and unprofessional. I've witnessed drivers behaving in a way that makes me question their training and overall awareness on the road. Their lack of consideration for other drivers is alarming, and their erratic driving creates dangerous situations. It's disappointing to see such poor standards in an industry where safety and professionalism should be the top priority. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement better training and driving protocols. Truck#A01219
Working with Brian Juckeland is very nice. He's respectful, highly responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Canteen services!
Stopped and used their vending machine at a rest area and we bought 2 bags of chips and paid 2.00 each but the machine charged us for the 2 bags of chips and then charged us 5.00 4x so that's 20.00 it over charged us. I don't even think there was a 5.00 product in the machine. Very unhappy and want a refund.
Hard workers trying to please everyone
Rip off artist, vending machines will take your money and they won't return your call. So you have to dispute it with your bank. Canteen knows that they taking your money . theft $1.20 at a time Lol.
If I had a relative that behaved like Canteen services our business I would have them evaluated for dementia. For the last 10 years they have disappointed us nearly every week. It is truly amazing how not showing up, not delivering what we need, and delivering too much of what we don't need enables them to keep this contract. Never, ever hire them unless you like frustration. The drivers are personable and friendly but I have the sense after 10 years they are being set up to fail us weekly. I tell people "The can't is right in the name." Believe them. They can't do anything right.
They're machines at work keep taking money from me and not giving me what I paid for to the point they're refusing to give me a refund. Makes me want to trade their machines
All the people that work here are amazing. Some have been working here 40+ years.
Worst customer service ever. Called and complained multiple times about the machine breaking and taking money without giving the product. Every week they sent their "senior" tech out to "fix" the machine only to have it breakdown the same week. After multiple calls to complain they show up stating the tech was verbally abused. So they never wanted to fix the problem, just keep patching it and let us deal with a broken machine. Do not recommend.

Thieves! They are using our electricity for their vending machine but refuse to pay us for having their vending machine at our property despite owing us 25% of all sales. They have not paid since last year.
Vending machines are awful and so is customer service. Multiple times vending has dispensed nothing or wrongly charged my card and I finally followed up with Emilie Trejo and she has done nothing after a month and an half of asking for all my info to refund my card after a few bad transactions.
Do not buy products from this companies machines. The most dishonest company I've come across. I've now been trying for 3 weeks to get refunded money that I spent in the machine and didn't get the product due to a card reader error that won't be corrected. Looks like this is a common practice as there is another employee at my work that had the same situation happen. Nobody has done anything about it. THIEVES
Teach your driver's to park. Taking up 4 spaces is a terrible thing no matter who you are or think you are
