Is very irritating when I order a spicy chicken and I don't know if I'm getting shredded lettuce or leaf lettuce. I always pay 50 cents more because I like an extra Leaf of lettuce on my spicy chicken but today I got shredded lettuce and it is not what's advertised on the app or the menu. If you guys are going to put shredded lettuce on the sandwich and needs to be advertised as so can you please put leaf lettuce on the spicy chickens it tastes different,. If I knew it was shredded I would not pay 50 cents for extra shreds of lettuce. Guess from now on I'll ask if they're doing shredded lettuce or regular lettuce on their spicy chickens for the day. I'm not sure why a regular menu item is being changed. Please specify what type of lettuce is on the sandwich cuz it changes constantly. Spicy chicken has always had original leaf lettuce ever since 15 years ago

I saw the offer online for the free hamburger if I purchased something else and registered for an account on the app. I go to the Carl's Jr and try to order a buger and shake. The shift manager says, no, you don't get a free burger at all, you will get the shake free and pay for the hammer. That's not what the app said and I showed my phone to her. It made no difference, so I left without getting anything. Super disappointed in this business. I would have gladly paid for the shake.

Wow, I am so grateful for this particular Carl’s Jr. I had an incredibly AWFUL 9 past work days due to a traumatic event at my school. Since then, I just haven’t wanted to eat anything. I came back home to visit my family for the weekend and was originally planning on getting Peruvian takeout. Instead, I had this weird craving for ketchup, so I went for a BBQ chicken burger combo. Nestor, who was working the counter, was so genuinely helpful and nice. I watched as he greeted each customer, helped them, and wished them a good day as they left. The man just has really good energy. He doesn’t know it, but he really changed the trajectory of my day. Please recognize and value his caring and amazing work ethic. Geez, I want to recruit him to work with students at my school! I hope he never loses his light and I thank him for sharing it.
Update: I can no longer log into the carls jr app via Facebook like I usually do so it basically deleted my carls account and I don't have any of my points or cards saved anymore. I'm really upset about this because yesterday when I went to go order breakfast I couldn't. Not happy at all!
OG post: Carls jr is one of the only fast food places I'll eat at. Their burgers are always really fresh, and never lack on sauce. Their loaded breakfast burrito the best thing ever! The only time I'm ever dissapointed is when I miss breakfast because I'm literally obsessed with the loaded burrito ?. Will you extend the breakfast hour to 11am pretty pleaseeeee? ? or do all day breakfast. I could literally eat the loaded burrito for every meal. ? The location on scholls ferry is my favorite too. They are always so kind and remember that I love chalulua so they make sure to put some in my bag every time. Their milk shakes are also the best!

Update 3 years later (2024) - still the best fast food place around. Always hot and fresh with excellent customer service. The way they answer the drive thru is the BEST!
