I had an amazing experience at Carl’s Jr. today! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the level of customer service truly went above and beyond. My order had a small mix-up, and before I even had a chance to worry about it, the manager personally came out to deliver the corrected order to me.
He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. That level of effort and attention is rare these days, and it really made my visit stand out.

Their milkshakes used to be fantastic, but now they're just trash. The size has diminished by half, and they're not hand scooped milkshakes there's no way they can be hand-scooped milkshakes at least be better, but they're worse. And whoever makes their burgers makes them way too wet and sloppy they're not even edible. What the hell happened to Carl's Junior

Caral's Jr. is a great place to go and get a bite to eat. I love their burgers. I got the buy-one-get-one for a $1 deal. I also got a large fry and a fountain drink. I forgot how much exactly it was, but it was close to $13. Would definitely recommend.
I went walking to carls but didn’t know they close dine in at 10. I went to the drive thru window and asked if I could order a hamburger? Anna was so nice and let me order food for me and my husband. Love it because in other places they don’t let you do that 5 stars for her!

Everything about this Carl's Jr is five stars except for the fact that it's not convenient to leave unless you're heading right on shoals ferry towards Washington square. And I mean everything. The staff here is always enthusiastic and friendly. I've never had someone who is rude or mean or angry or impatient with me. The food as always is top notch for fast food. One of the best deals is their happy hour deals where you can get a hand scooped milkshake so they're not using soft serve. They're using real ice cream for $2.50. It's unbeatable. I go to this college Junior probably at least once a month and if I live closer or in the area I'd probably go more often because the deal is just too good. The servicer is exceptional and the food is always as tasty
