Guy at the drive thru window tonight was a complete jerk! Kept yelling at me “I need your card”…says “I have asked you three times”. No he did not AND I was paying cash. He needs to GO!
Carl's has great food 99% of the time. A little on the spendy side but imo, worth it. I did drive thru and the worker was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend Carl's over just about any Fast Burger Joint.

Came in for the 7$ hangover meal deal & got tons of lip service for my deal, service was take out, they wouldn’t honor the deal in there CarlsJr app so the adult not manager called her boss & they honored it, got lots of horrible stares from the employees & the boy taking my change actually puffed his chest out, due to his frustration! The customer should never be treated like that! I asked for the manager & the non speaking English cashier was very rude over his non understanding or how to explain to me the till wasn’t allowing the $7 price to go thru, I totally understood till the staff there tried to make me feel like it was my fault I came in to ask for the deal??? Never again!
