It's a very clean location. The staff does an amazing job and has your stuff ready quickly as well as accurately. I highly recommend this location. The app offers great daily deals to offset the cost of eating these days.

Came in for the 7$ hangover meal deal & got tons of lip service for my deal, service was take out, they wouldn’t honor the deal in there CarlsJr app so the adult not manager called her boss & they honored it, got lots of horrible stares from the employees & the boy taking my change actually puffed his chest out, due to his frustration! The customer should never be treated like that! I asked for the manager & the non speaking English cashier was very rude over his non understanding or how to explain to me the till wasn’t allowing the $7 price to go thru, I totally understood till the staff there tried to make me feel like it was my fault I came in to ask for the deal??? Never again!

The morning guy at the drive through doesn't speak good enough English to communicate. When I tried ordering I had to give up and come inside and try to get him to understand what I was saying. He still gave me the wrong order but I was over it and just left and ate it

Very friendly staff who look like they enjoy serving people! Had a pleasant welcome from 2 members and someone brought me my burger with a smile (I think the manager). The burger was very tasty and fresh as well. Definitely would recommend this location, plus the dining area looks clean and well maintained. I enjoyed myself
Drive-thru person actually ignored me when I Was at the drive through window. He kept his back to the window while someone else was getting my food and didn't take my money until the food was ready. My hamburger was messy which is usually okay but it was cold

Burgers were lukewarm. We dined in so was surprised at this. We ordered the guacamole bacon burger with American cheese instead of pepper Jack. They were short staffed but very friendly. Food just needs to be hotter.

Wanted meal but only got the sandwich, one cashier doing both drive thru and counter. More focus on drive thru . The manager on duty is Gabriel and was the person helped me .

Feels strange to give a glowing review to any fast food joint but here I am! We stopped here on a five hour road trip. The food was really good and the atmosphere was awesome. This place was super clean and employees were actively (and earnestly) cleaning while we were there. Even the bathroom was surprisingly pleasant. The woman who took our order had a smile on her face and was more than patient with us trying to figure out what to get for the five year old. She personally brought him his milkshake and a cookie with a grin on her face. It was just sweet and we were kind of blown away by the good vibes. Bf says: “A five star experience at a fast food restaurant. Can’t get any better.” We left kind of in shock at how good it was.The only employee whose name I got was Yezenia. If management happens to see this, give that girl a raise!
