The food is delicious, the place although small is cozy. The waiter who served me a couple of nights was quite friendly, he even remembered my preference for drinks.
My experience here was wonderful! The staff is amazing and so fun to talk to. It was also quiet enough for me to enjoy my conversation while eating. I started my meal with the chicken bao and the chicken wings with sweet chili sauce, the flavors are so good. The bao was gone as soon as it hit the table. The sweet chili is one of my favorites, I even got a little extra sauce 😋. The entrees were the seafood linguine and the ribs, needless to say the ribs were so good we ditched the fork (was trying to not have sticky hands) and went all in. I think I'm like most people when I say that I'm picky with my pasta, but it was perfectly cooked all the way to the seafood. The texture and flavor were spot on. I also grabbed myself a margarita, or juanarita should I say. Best in town imo. The wrap up the night we got a cheesecake, it came out with a fresh strawberry and a lovely strawberry drizzle, didn't get to snag a pic due to my sweet tooth 🤠I also would like to include the person who I came with someone who has a shellfish allergy, they did an amazing job with their food safety. Great experience, great food!
Convenient location if you are staying at the Embassy Suites
Pretty pricy food, ordered a meatless pasta ravioli dish, for $29. A peach drink on menu was 19 with 3 off for HH. Flavor was good on pasta dish, but peach drink was just fair in my opinion. Best service we have had for a long time, especially for a table of 9. And noise level was great! We could actually have a conversation.
Celebrated Mother's Day with my daughter. I was treated like a QUEEN! The greeter, beverage cart server, photographer, waiter...extraordinary service! And food was delicious!!

We went to Cascadia for their Easter brunch, the first time Cascadia was doing this in a couple of years I was told. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and staff welcoming us, directing us where the brunch was taking place and seating us at our table. Serious kudos to the staff for their welcoming attitude. The brunch itself had excellent food with entire stations for appetizers, main courses, a carving station and of course dessert (see vid for the dessert station, yeh!). Added bonus points for photographers walking around taking pictures of people enjoying their meals with their families, the live music that was at the perfect volume to still enjoy conversations and the champagne/mimosas that were included in the price. We had a fantastic time and looking forward to making this an annual tradition.

We are so glad we went!! It was absolutely gorgeous. Food was amazing. It's very hard to find a champagne brunch and the staff was superior.!!! First one they have done since 2019 and I will be back next year.
First time in Tigard Oregon, here for an overnight work stay.I drove down, since it’s only 3 hours from Seattle.Leaving early to beat traffic, I arrived very early. The Awesome front desk person, found a room for me so I could check in early ?On top of that, I was able to enjoy the Delicious Breakfast, served 6:30-9:30 with an onsite omelette creating chef ???
Good service, delicious salmon and paella, I loved it, reasonable price and the price doesn't matter when your palate is

Wonderful customer service, Juan and Chris were very friendly, and they provided some changes in the menu as we requested . T-bone ribeye was very tendered, a juicy, and covered with their special sauce was amazing ? ☆☆☆☆☆ Gia
We dined here during an ice storm when our power was out. They were overwhelmed with people trying to eat and stay warm yet they kept smiles on their faces and managed to still put out good food and drinks. One start taken off for high prices, but that's typical for hotel bars.

Yikes. Don't order the Paella. I counted 17 bits of shell fragments I had to navigate back out of my mouth. The dish was small - too small for $28. I should have picked up on the couldn’t-be-bothered vibe from the waiter. After a long day of travel this poor experience capped what should have been a relaxing meal. Instead it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great food and fun place. A bit on the expensive side for what you get though

We were looking for a new place to go for Christmas, so we wouldn't have to cook and made last-minute reservations at Cascadia. The buffet was small, but everything was incredibly delicious and well done. The desserts were okay, but I wasn't there for that. Available: Caesar and House salads, rice pilaf, quinoa with veggies, blackberry salmon, beef stew, mushroom chicken, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, two different rolls, petit fours, yule log, sugar cookies, and mixed fruit. Everything was fresh and we saw the trays being changed out several times while we were dining. We weren't rushed at all, though we DID have to ask for our check. We have been to Cascadia for regular meals, but we'll definitely be back for this special buffet.
