I absolutely LOVE Cascadia Restaurant & Bar! It's a must if you're looking for good food, fantastic service, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. We started with drinks. It was difficult to decide because they have a really nice cocktail menu (along with great selections of beers and wines). We went with a Peach Fizz and a Kentucky Honeysuckle. Both were delicious! We got mozzarella sticks for our appetizer which did not disappoint! For our main meals, I got cheese pizza and he got the mushroom ravioli. The pizza was soooo good, crispy crust and the perfect ratio of cheese to sauce. I tried some of the ravioli too and was impressed - creamy sauce and super flavorful! For dessert we got chocolate fondue... and let me tell you, I was in heaven! It tasted like brownie batter and I couldn't get enough. All of our food was fresh and came out quickly. Overall, such a lovely experience. You can tell the staff are upbeat and that they care! I love that there are several vegetarian options on the menu! I left full and happy. We will absolutely be back!

The food is delicious, the place although small is cozy. The waiter who served me a couple of nights was quite friendly, he even remembered my preference for drinks.

My experience here was wonderful! The staff is amazing and so fun to talk to. It was also quiet enough for me to enjoy my conversation while eating. I started my meal with the chicken bao and the chicken wings with sweet chili sauce, the flavors are so good. The bao was gone as soon as it hit the table. The sweet chili is one of my favorites, I even got a little extra sauce 😋. The entrees were the seafood linguine and the ribs, needless to say the ribs were so good we ditched the fork (was trying to not have sticky hands) and went all in. I think I'm like most people when I say that I'm picky with my pasta, but it was perfectly cooked all the way to the seafood. The texture and flavor were spot on. I also grabbed myself a margarita, or juanarita should I say. Best in town imo. The wrap up the night we got a cheesecake, it came out with a fresh strawberry and a lovely strawberry drizzle, didn't get to snag a pic due to my sweet tooth 🤭 I also would like to include the person who I came with someone who has a shellfish allergy, they did an amazing job with their food safety. Great experience, great food!

My experience was spectacular! The staff is truly the heart of the place. Completely friendly and so fun to talk to. The place was quiet enough for me to be able to fully enjoy my conversation. For my appetizers I got the chicken wings with sweet chili sauce and the chicken bao, both amazing and I think that sweet chili sauce could go just about on anything and be great. I even had to snag a bit extra. The bao disappeared just as fast as they hit the table. The entrees were the seafood linguine and the ribs. The pasta and the seafood were cooked perfectly, I couldn't help but get the sauce on my face, whoops! The ribs were flavorful, so much in fact that we ditched the forks (trying to avoid sticky hands) and we went all in. To pair i had one of the margaritas, or should I say Juanarita! Probably the best in town imo. To top the night we had a lovely cheesecake with strawberries, didn't snag a pic of that but I will admit I got a bit of a sweet tooth 😋

My husband and I ate at Cascadia Restaurant located in the Embassy Suites Portland Tigard. It was an amazing experience. My husband's ribeye steak was excellent and my vegetarian quinoa bowl was wonderful. We enjoyed every bite, especially the appetizer. To top off the evening, we were personally greeted and had wonderful conversations with the staff and Maleah who ran the show. She brought Chef Carlos out to meet us. We enjoyed talking to Juan about Mexico. Chris, Anna- Katrina and Darren were so much fun during our time there. Darren makes a delightful lemon twist martini. For a perfect experience and amazing food, head to Cascadia Restaurant and Bar now. You will not regret it. I can't wait to go back and try the Juanarita. It is a hidden gym in the Tigard and Beaverton area. Love, love, love!

It was Ok, we came at 18.30 and the starter salad was nearly empt.. so over all the price was too much for what we really get.

A Wonderful Holiday Tradition at Cascadia This was our second time dining at Cascadia during Christmas, with the first visit being last year during the same festive season. Once again, the experience was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a great variety of flavors and exceptional quality. It's clear that the team puts care and thought into every dish. The festive atmosphere added a warm and cheerful touch, making it a perfect spot for a holiday meal. Cascadia has now become a special part of our Christmas celebrations, and we look forward to returning again next year. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience, especially during the holidays!

Good food and service. Lacking in ambiance because the way the restaurant is located withing the Hilton hotel.

Cascadia is in an upmarket hotel focused on business travelers. It is fairly typical of that genre in design and motif. Of note, the restaurant was refreshingly quiet. The staff were attentive and friendly. We ate at Cascadia for Thanksgiving. They served a buffet dinner that was tasty, but not exceptional. The turkey was pressed and formed breast meet sliced thin. The dressing was very nice. Normal Thanksgiving sides ranged from uninspired salads to a very pleasant variety of desserts. Still, at a price north of $50 per head, I expected something more. Nevertheless, my wife and I plan to try out Cascadia for a date night. I will leave another revue then.

First time eating at Cascadia! I am a Hilton Team Member and it nice to know that my rate applies to this place. Besides that the food was amazing. We had the bacon burger, ribeye and the Ribs tasted amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone to try.

Pretty pricy food, ordered a meatless pasta ravioli dish, for $29. A peach drink on menu was 19 with 3 off for HH. Flavor was good on pasta dish, but peach drink was just fair in my opinion. Best service we have had for a long time, especially for a table of 9. And noise level was great! We could actually have a conversation.

Celebrated Mother's Day with my daughter. I was treated like a QUEEN! The greeter, beverage cart server, photographer, waiter...extraordinary service! And food was delicious!!

We went to Cascadia for their Easter brunch, the first time Cascadia was doing this in a couple of years I was told. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and staff welcoming us, directing us where the brunch was taking place and seating us at our table. Serious kudos to the staff for their welcoming attitude. The brunch itself had excellent food with entire stations for appetizers, main courses, a carving station and of course dessert (see vid for the dessert station, yeh!). Added bonus points for photographers walking around taking pictures of people enjoying their meals with their families, the live music that was at the perfect volume to still enjoy conversations and the champagne/mimosas that were included in the price. We had a fantastic time and looking forward to making this an annual tradition.
