We Ordered soft tacos with steak and veggies and crispy tacos with Carnitas and guac. Really good food! Servers are all friendly Dominic’s doing a great job cooking.

Great when on the go, or need to feed a crowd. Tastes yummy, and prices are reasonable. Two stars for the atmosphere because little attention is paid to the cleanliness of the dining area, it's a busy place so no fault to the awesome employees, just may need extra help.

We’re big fans of Chipotle, and my kids were really craving it. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing in this particular location. The staff wasn’t welcoming and spoke to us rudely. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. We just wanted to grab a quick meal but ended up being overcharged and had to argue to have the price fixed. We won’t be returning.

Trevin the general manager at this location is a boss. The cashier had an issue scanning my coupon from the app. He worked through it with her and did a great job handling the customer while teaching his employee. It's not normal to get top notch quality service at places like this. Thanks Trevin!

I'm new to the area. Compared to the previous Chipotle stores I went to, this one's food portion is abysmal. I gave it a couple of tries and decided I'm not going to go back there again.

Ordered through the app. Food barely filled HALF the bowl up. Wasn’t going to bring the food back but then the meat was barely added in as well. Went back in and expressed my concerns to management. They assigned the same to-go guy to fix my order. He made sure everything was over packed EXCEPT the meat. 5 single pieces in the bowl. I usually let this shit go but his intentions caused this. You all need to retrain the to-go order guy who was working 6/10 around 510pm. From the other reviews it’s clear the managers need to handle these associates accordingly. Some workers just crave power/control that they’ll never truly have though. It doesn’t pay to take shit out on customers 😉 it’s food service - I’m asking for food I paid for. I hope you find some grace for your thoughts like I decided to find for you on this post. Do better✌🏼

as a rule i try to post only supportive, encouraging, and appreciative reviews for outstanding goods and services supported by great customer service, but this king city chipotle operation is an important exception

both the good and the bad always begins and ends with skilled management, and this store is an embarrassment, A-to-Z ~ no need to itemize all the visible problems which have already been described here by others ~ this situation is really unfortunate as it's a perfect location for high volume, and run properly, it could be really fun for the people who work there, and a big benefit to the community

The curly haired ponytailed them working the counter around 6pm last night mocked me for waiting for an order. They had a horrible vibe and was sarcastic to anyone they spoke to. This location is an embarrassment for Chipotle. I waited 35mins for one bowl and chips w salsa. And the restaurant was completely dead.

Wondering why employees are ignoring making DoorDash orders. They won’t even make eye contact. Rude! Twice today I’ve come in here for an order and was ignored!
