The “guacamole” in my burrito was just the two halves of an avocado that was hard and unripe placed in my burrito. The chips were chewy and obviously very old. When I pulled up to the drive-through pick up window… I saw maybe 30-40 metal racks of chips just sitting there. I picked up my order at 11 AM. 15 minutes after they open. These chips are probably like a week old. They didn’t even refry them or heat them up, they were gum. They literally could be mistaken for flour tortillas. Makes me kind of question the “freshness” of their other ingredients. The onions, the peppers… Are these from like what six days ago? Probably. But they make their packaging seem so fresh and fancy don’t they?

Was absolutely filthy, so much that we nearly turned around. You can see from my photo both bowls were slimed with a film due to them dragging our bowls through piles of spilled ingredients. The dining room had debris everywhere and looking back into the kitchen was full of debris, boxes, stuff thrown and disorganized. Really gross guys. Come on.

We frequent this location only because of it's convenience. Our orders are always missing something. We don't order online anymore because we always had to go inside and fix the order anyway. The young man assembling the food recently has zero customer service skills.
