Our families first time ever at Dutch Bros, and the experience was superb and amazing. Not only the drinks were perfect spot on, but the customer service was šŸ’Æ. All the employees were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t know our drinks as a first timers and they took their time to help us. Thank you for the wonderful experience

I wanted to share my disappointing experience I had at this locations on August 25th, 2025, at approximately 12:15 PM. I was initially excited to find a Dutch Bros so close to my new job, especially since I’m a regular customer and have always appreciated the friendly service.
Unfortunately, during this visit, the employee taking orders outside was noticeably rude and dismissive. When I attempted to order a sugar-free drink for a coworker and used the word ā€œrefresher,ā€ the employee responded with visible frustration, stating that ā€œrefresherā€ is a Starbucks term and not something Dutch Bros offers. I explained that I was simply reading the order as it was given to me, but she cut me off by giving me my total before I had finished ordering. When I mentioned I had another drink to add, she told me I needed to ā€œspeak upā€ because cars were passing and she couldn’t hear me — in a tone that felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional.
This interaction was disappointing and out of line with the positive, welcoming energy I’ve come to expect from Dutch Bros. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I don’t plan to return to this particular location because of it.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it can be addressed appropriately, so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Friendly staff. I ordered a Raspberry Lemonade with a add flavor of watermelon. It was really like drinking water. It was horrible. Never going back to that location.
