Regularly come here. A couple of the employees have terrible customer service that ruins the experience. Also just paid 8 dollar for a terrible drink. I'll go to black rock from now on lol.

So I notice the same generic response to the lower reviews. This place is horrible in SO many ways.Employees too busy talking to each other or "friends that come through the line,and seem too damn busy for the customers. And if they make the drink wrong,not what the customer asks for,then they'll argue so they don't have to remake it. This store isn't working out for the the whole business,and giving dutch bros a bad reputation. They need to get it together. This store,and I'm quite sure there are others like it,plus the whole customer service team,needs a complete overhaul...

This one seems to have its own long driveway, but luckily, we got there with only 3 cars in front. I had the carburator sugar-free, and she doesn't seem to like them, and only knowsthere is on with Eagle in its name, which had white coffee beans or something. I could find Eagle ones but nothing about the white beans in descriptions. Anyhow, the person working the window knew what she was talking about and told her most coffee drinks could have that. My friend was happy. I had er stick her straw into my blended beverage... now there are at least two beverages she likes there. Service was good, and with a person outside taking orders also, things moved along fast in that busy area.

This is the best Dutch spot to go to. Always fast, friendly and helpful. I think I've only seen one Dutch location I have issues with and this is NOT it. Love this place and it's employees ?
