A lady I never seen before at this location taking orders on handheld from each car didn't ask me if I wanted to leave a tip which they usually do and I usually say no and give cash. In this case I wasnt even asked and my card was swiped before I could realize the girl gave HERSELF 20% tip. On top of that they raised prices on what is already over priced drinks. After confronting the lady she ended up being District Manager and gave me a full refund. Still will not be back. I'll start going to the smaller coffee shops in the area.

I love this location. The folks working here are always so charming and friendly. We are seniors - and their fast and friendly staff always are so pleasant and welcoming - makes our day!! The coffee is always terrific too. Other chains could take a lesson in customer service from the endlessly charming Broistas here!

I’ve been waiting in line for approximately an additional 10 minutes because someone the barista’s seem to know was in front of me. Some left the building just to talk to her. It was extremely unprofessional as there was also a line behind me. They were just screaming and giggling and hugging. Was extremely rude and poor service received.

Was very disappointed with my visit today. The girl who took our order walked away in the middle of us ordering, it was very rude, and it seemed very regular for her. The drinks we ordered were prepared poorly as well, and I think they gave us the wrong drinks. We ordered an iced caramelizar with oat milk and they gave us a regular mocha with regular milk, so we couldn't drink it because of lactose in tolerance. Overall terrible vibes from this Dutch Bros, so don't waste your money!
