Einstein Bros. Bagels

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on stocking than actually helping customers. The girl who helped me was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

The bagel I ordered was sad and looked nothing like the picture they have on their menu. It barely had any avocado on it and it was very over-salted. And so was my husband's bagel as well.
And their soda machine was broken to the point where it was spraying us when we're trying to get soda.
The staff isn't very friendly as well. I get it's early but at least trying to put a smile.
First and last time coming here.

Just happened to walk in was it when it wasn't crowded on a Saturday morning hopefully service will be quick

Holy shit.
Walked in and stood there for 10 min without so much as a greeting. It was evident they were busy so I waited. 1 minute later they take my order; Uncut assorted bagels, dealers choice, nothing complicated. The person got to working on it right away and went into the back. She came out 3 min later with no bagels and assisted two other customers. 3 more minutes go by so I asked about my bagels and the person says “oh I’m sorry I forgot about them.” 3 minutes later she comes out with them.

19 total minutes to get uncut bagels…

Always gets my orders wrong. 1 out of 8 times they will actually get it right. I ask for egg whites and I always get a regular eggs.

Each time I make it in, the service is exception and the place is clean. From the staff to manager, I am made to feel like I matter. Great job SW Nimbus Einstein Bros. Bagels. Danielle is an excellent manager and her team rocks!

Unsanitary

Pretty good, first time there, feels a little expensive for a bagel, but it taste so good, I guess it's worth the price.

Love the bagels but the prices are ridiculous

Thisis not a real bagel shop...this is a microwave prepacked crap store...was not impressed with this place at all...over priced over processed garbage.

I continue to eat here, mostly because there aren't many bagel places around that do egg sandwiches. Usually I order via DoorDash. However, I feel the need to note that they mess up the order every. single. time. I've probably ordered 15+ times, and there has not been one time that it was accurate. It's usually small things that are bearable but gosh it's annoying. Today, they used a different kind of bagel than what I selected on my order (yes, I double-checked that I selected the right kind) . Also today there was a big egg shell in my sandwich. :( Anyways, I'll probably continue to order from here until I find another place that makes good bagel sandwiches but just word to the wise - if you're really picky or have a very specific order, maybe skip ordering from here or go in-person as opposed to ordering online.

Bagels and sandwiches are always great and consistent. The staff is pretty young and still adjusting to efficiency and customer service but still pleasant!

I really love this place. I've just started coming here and, as a senior, I was a little confused about the ordering process but Samantha, the manager, was fabulous and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I did wait a while for my order but considering the number of people that were there and the small number of people available to serve I was thrilled with my experience. I came close to closing time and they we're out of some of the choices I would have liked to have had but Samantha went in the back and baked me the ones that I wanted. It only took 5 minutes. If you think ahead to some of the specials they offer you can get a really good deal on fresh delicious bagels. The new French Toast bagels are amazing. Thanks Einstein's.

The bagels are usually pretty good here. Though the prices are high for the sandwiches. The checkout process is weird, and how long it takes to get your food is usually a while. And then they have tables but you can't eat there, which is annoying. Because they don't want to clean the tables or something? I don't get it.
