Einstein Bros. Bagels

The sandwiches and coffee is great when they make it right. I regularly place orders online and %100 of the time i am missing items or they are made incorrectly. This is even more inconvenient because there is no place for me to request a refund online so i have to go back to the store every single time.

Sunday morning and people are waiting 45 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. Either they Are seriously, understaffed, or seriously mismanaged. Most people are tired of waiting and asking for refunds.

We were surprised that Einstein Bagels was very busy on a Sunday late morning ( around 11:30 am). We ordered sevel breakfast sandwiches (Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich, Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich, Farmhouse Egg Sandwich, Cheddar Cheese Egg Sandwich, and a Plain bagel with Cream Cheese.
I didn't have a problem waiting about 20 minutes for the order. When the order was ready, I asked my wife to check the order. They got my order wrong and forgot the Plain bagel with Cream Cheese. We waited another 10 minutes to fix our order.
In general the bagels and sandwichs are tasty. The price point to goods don't fit. I was still hungry after eating. I don't think we will be go back to Einstein anytime soon.

I always enjoy Einstein's breakfast sandwiches. This go-round wasn't quite as good as usual, but apparently they were short staffed, so no big deal. I recommend a visit!

The food is always great, but my issue is with service. I order delivery, and they regularly leave things out, today being the worst offense. Usually they leave out my twice baked hashbrown or bottle of water, but today, I order a baker's dozen of bagels along with my sandwich, and they left out the entire baker's dozen. Because of their history leaving things out of my orders, I would say this would be them and not the delivery service. It is frustrating how a business can be so willing to regularly cheat their customers when they aren't there in store. I was trying to get bagels for my co-workers, which is even more frustrating here.

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on stocking than actually helping customers. The girl who helped me was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

The bagel I ordered was sad and looked nothing like the picture they have on their menu. It barely had any avocado on it and it was very over-salted. And so was my husband's bagel as well.
And their soda machine was broken to the point where it was spraying us when we're trying to get soda.
The staff isn't very friendly as well. I get it's early but at least trying to put a smile.
First and last time coming here.

Just happened to walk in was it when it wasn't crowded on a Saturday morning hopefully service will be quick

Holy shit.
Walked in and stood there for 10 min without so much as a greeting. It was evident they were busy so I waited. 1 minute later they take my order; Uncut assorted bagels, dealers choice, nothing complicated. The person got to working on it right away and went into the back. She came out 3 min later with no bagels and assisted two other customers. 3 more minutes go by so I asked about my bagels and the person says “oh I’m sorry I forgot about them.” 3 minutes later she comes out with them.

19 total minutes to get uncut bagels…

Always gets my orders wrong. 1 out of 8 times they will actually get it right. I ask for egg whites and I always get a regular eggs.

Each time I make it in, the service is exception and the place is clean. From the staff to manager, I am made to feel like I matter. Great job SW Nimbus Einstein Bros. Bagels. Danielle is an excellent manager and her team rocks!

Unsanitary

Pretty good, first time there, feels a little expensive for a bagel, but it taste so good, I guess it's worth the price.

Love the bagels but the prices are ridiculous
