I have worked in the fast food industry for over a decade so I understand how sunday's work, it's busy, people usually aren't very nice and places are usually understaffed.This was not the case at this location. We ordered two bagel sandwiches around 11am on Sunday, April 28th 2024. We were one of three customers in the store. There were approximately 5/6 employees "working".I'm writing this review at 1115am and we still haven't received our order. The bathroom was extremely dirty and we weren't given even an eta on our sandwiches until we had already waited 10 minutes. They then told us they didn't have enough egg whites so we had to wait another 7 minutes.

The day I went there the place was overwhelmed with customers. Wait times were quite long and the staff was feeling the pressure...They were obviously short a few people and it hurt the experience.The breakfast bagels are awesome though, it was definitely worth the wait!

Sometimes, they just make mistakes and today was that day. Everything was made differently than requested, but everything was made right plus better. Kept the wrong and the right ones, so everyone was happy with their breakfast egg sandwiches on bagels. Oh, they ran out of most of the gourmet bagels on this day and they even ran out of plain! We need to get there earlier it seems. Food always tastes good, thank goodness for that!! Great manager on hand to help out with everything.

I have eaten from this company once before and really liked it but today I ordered online and they completely messed up my order. They gave me one of the wrong sandwiches and forgot 2 sides of the 3 sandwiches I bought.

I love it here!! It does get extremely busy especially on the weekends, but the management and team really keeps the flow of traffic moving steady. It’s not their fault they make such delicious sandwiches so consistently that they’re bombarded on the weekends, the wait time is always worth it for me! I think the manager’s name may be Melissa (not sure) but she is probably the best at multi tasking that I have ever seen!!! She keeps track of who’s been waiting the longest and she communicates with you while you’re waiting for your order so you know it’s coming and that your wait time won’t be much longer! All in all everyone there is excellent communicators!! If you download their app you will earn points and their point system is pretty excellent, my only complaint is to corporate for the in app ordering process, it charges your card and then the app will tell you there’s a problem and your order can’t be placed and I wish this could be fixed so that I could order ahead and avoid the line!

This location was closed for some time for renovations or repairs, not sure exactly the reason. I noticed that they had reopened so I decided to stop for lunch, what a negative experience. I enter the store around 12:00pm and I get in line to place my order. I notice that there is hardly any bagels to choose from, not even plain. There were lots of bagels with copious amounts of melted cheese on them and they looked so flat and undercooked, no joke. I then proceed to wait 10 minutes before someone takes my order, with only one other customer in front of me. There are at least 5 people working that I can see, and most are wandering around doing nothing to assist customers or making them selves coffee drinks and smoothies. Again, not kidding. I spend another 10 minutes waiting in line to pay for my food, I grab my order and I am out the door. I will never be back to this location, and that is a shame because I used to buy bagels for my coworkers on Friday's .This is not some Karen rant either, I was patient and respectful the whole experience.Honestly, stop hiring todays youth, the kids operating this shop will ruin a companies reputation, and they could care less.
Corporate and management at this location should figure out a solution for keeping the place staffed. The product is good, but worthless if the store is unexpectedly closed with no signage or notice.

I love their food but they have to get new management or something, I order often and even after ordering 40 minutes in advance or ordering early for pick up later the order is never ready - I order a pick up at 8:20, go at 8:45 and they haven’t even started making the order or I place an order at 8:00, says 15-20 minutes, I go at 8:40 and it’s still not made & it’s true, they really look like they don’t know what they’re doing

Dirty store - you can see the accumulated dirt stuck to grease. Overcharged me. Three weeks later, the greasy filthy light is still visibly greasy and dirty.After their Media Team made the post below, I tried to contact them, with no response.
